I am not intersted in arguing whether the owners are terrible or not.
I am giving you factual information that Richo who you strongly endorsed made the decision tj get rid of our Recruitment Nanager and allow Benji full control over the clubs recruitment and retention.
I am giving you factual information that Richo gave Benji full control over our coaching set uk and his own choice of assistant coaches.
I am giving you factual information tail information that Richo chose to allow the clauses in Luai’s contract t knowing full and well the dangers of it and after having criticised the CEO he replaced for having very similar clauses in Utoitkamanu’s contract.
We have got rid of virtually out entire Wests Magpies Premiership winning Harold Matts team from a few years back when we spoke of developing from within and after having done the hard yards in developing so many of them on Top 30 or Development Contra ts before they were ready for them.
Now players such as the Laulilli’s are coming of age and starting to show signs of living up to their potential, we let them go and replace them with others who do not play with anywhere near the same heart and passion as what they do.

Private ownership is our only hope IMO. A powerful figure owning the club immediately changes perception. Its a fresh start, its one team, one vision, united under a Wests Tigers banner. When you have one guy pouring his money in, its powerful. It holds coaches, players, administration accountable. I know Politis doesnt own the Roosters but in a sense we all know he does. Do you think anyone in that organisation, anyone at all want to let him down,want to not put the required effort and performance in? Do you think Souths players are more influenced to have their head in the game when Rusty shows his face as a little reminder who is boss? Private ownership by a powerful figure is the only thing that can change the mindset, perception, and performance of this diabolical organisation.

We need private WESTS TIGERS ownership.
