Jayden Brailey > I'm playing him at 13 but he's an upgrade on Hope.

I think we still need about 5 solid signings to really improve us though.

Seems like half the guys on here don’t watch any other footy. Brayley has been predominantly been coming on and playing 13 at the Raiders. He’s put a fair bit of size on too.

Same as the Averillo signing, while not a world beater he fills a role that the tigers need, a hard working middle that can ball play. Also I believe would be a standards driver.

One thing we need to recruit is leg speed through the middle.

I actually think he'll switch to Union first, and then possibly go to the Warriors, or maybe even Christchurch.

He's already made enough money, so he doesn't need to keep chasing a bigger payday. Winning the World Cup would be the perfect way to finish his career.

High footy IQ...there was an instance where cowboy's put a kick into the chooks ingoal...wwalker raced back to regather, stopped short of the tryline ,....hit the deck so he couldnt be pushed back, reached into the ingoal, grabbed the ball and.pulled it back to him so he wasnt tackled in goal

I'm old enough to remember that would be a voluntary tackle.
Probably the rule change i hate the most.
But it was clever.

Why would you play Brailey at 13 given the way Twal has been playing this year. We aren’t in need of a lock.

Why are we so dumb when we train all week just like the other teams (supposedly).

Its less about training and more about being a student of the game.

Some of this below are things I did as a kid playing footy:

- go for the quick taps when there was a penalty.

- when we were by 6/12, direct the forwards to run toward the centre of the field so I could set up for a field goal.

- when running with the ball, learn how to change hands, so you could use the correct arm to fend off the defender.

- put your foot over the deadball line when a grubber came in, so it meant a 20m restart.

Theres probably another 5 or 6 i could rattle off.. but i consider it footy iq.

Some players dont even watch the other games these days.. I think thats insanity.

AD will be over calling Latu persistently and won't be passing it on his outside.... May the hog ball continue in 2027....

That's a big year even for the Tigers but not impossible.....

Id be more cheerful if AD was moved to 14 his only natural position, I don't think you could fit his ego on the bench though......
