Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

These are the “depth” players I would be looking at. These would be guys who aren’t in our starting 13, maybe could jag a bench spot weekly, but are more for that depth of an injury. Someone who can come in for several weeks to just feel a gap.
There’s not much there for 2027

Tyson Frizzel
Sam Hughes
Daniel saluka-fifita
Toby Rudolph
Ronald Volkman
Tommy Talua
Hame Sele
Isn't Saluka Fifita playing in the ESL now

the wtf boys put it pretty well. with kpp and talyan as the only additions this year we looked great. we get them back next year and trade up on starford for jake we should be better. hopefully. back the bunj

I like their show …but It’s an opinion …like anyone else’s here …

I think the WT have proven they need more than 19 NRL level players …injuries are inevitable the way the game is played now

I’m sorry, but this is cope. Their injuries aren’t the reason we are conceding 50 and 60 points, basically just showing zero resistance. Issues are way deeper than a couple of injuries, and deep down you know that.

Lol what local players do they need? They’re going to be exclusively flying in established stars with their tax rorting.
A couple local guys who the club means everything to that are also popular amongst the playing group would go a long way to giving the mercenaries something to buy into.

Yeah, they’re not getting contracts over Origin calibre players. This team isn’t going to be what everyone thought it would be. Giving local players a chance to play in the big time, with a sprinkle of NRL fringe first graders looking for an opportunity. It’s something completely different now.

It makes me cringe when I read any criticism of KPP, it makes you wonder what aren't they seeing, no F idea at all, when injuries hit the guy can't do it all himself.

He isn't in the class of some of the backrowers going around these days, defence is good but runs half as hard as most others.

Like many of our other so called very good players, they aren't really.
