Who cares whos his brother...can he coach defense is he any good?
I read he was at the raiders when they were poor...but unsure when he was at other clubs and if it was as defense coach

He was at the Raiders when they won the minor premiership, but he was coaching attack

He was also the NYC cup coach and NRL defence assistant for Newcastle in 2012-2014

Defensive rating
2012: 10th
2013: 5th
2014: 11th

Maybe we need to play like the knights, run the ball from ur own half

You need pace and skill to do that.

Sounds like a good signing. Doesnt bode well for the WTF's boy Logan Deninger though

I am certainly a fan of you g Logan. But this is what professional clubs do. Don't just have one promising talent, have multiple players across grades and let the best player rise to the top. Logan, Attard and now Bryenton who's the most explosive player we've signed since Benji.

The kid had a massive fall out with the Dogs. The homesickness thing was just a cover, the broken promises disillusioned him. He felt duped by his manager into signing quickly with the dogs and the dogs failed on their promises for him.

A bit of ego to the kid. But to be told we see you as our future first grade fullback and have a pathway set out to them immediately say we're going to play you out of position was a real slap in the face. Reeca Walsh is a fair shout.

I do wonder whether we've offered him an NRL or development contract but it does seem confirmed that he's joining us. If he trains hard and works on his game I could see him replacing Bula by the end of next season. Bula belongs in the wing. It's where he started and where he belongs. Could be an Alex Johnson type player one day.

certainly doesn’t look good right now, but it depends what they class David as.

the great NBWT reckons he’s is a fair chance of playing in the halves as he has done for the majority of his junior rep career. guess we’ll see.

He wants to play fullback, one of the big reasons he left the dogs

Honestly we have a competitive top 17 with what we have held on to these past 3 seasons, I’m hopeful Pole Samuela Makasini Latu can really transition to what we need to compete with the “real” clubs who back their youth.
Mann Brailey Frizzel will not hurt our squad.
Anyone who is not impressed by the phenomenal promise of Javon Attard and this new guy Breynton is a half glass full fan.
Finally held some gun juniors fu$k having to watch Tallyn Galvin Uto rip it up at other clubs gives me trauma
