Blind Freddy can see AD’s antics were all directed at Luai and the lies, carnage and division he caused while being at the club.
Benji knew AD was right with his opinion on Luai, but kept him in the team as he didn’t want to upset his followers.
A line should have been drawn in the sand and he should have been offloaded before June 30 last season and if any of his followers didn’t like it, they should have been offloaded too.

How many times were we going to let Luai stab us in the back is the real question you should be asking?
His actions were needed to make the club and some of the playing roster wake up.

Hopefully this is the start of the collapse of cards.
Yeah never in doubt I thought. Didn’t think money would lure him away, he’s Penrith through and through. Same with Yeo too I reckon.
Both will have good, lucrative careers post their playing careers so no need to amass a fortune playing for other clubs offering ridiculous amounts of money when you can stay with the team you want to play for, though perhaps an ESL stint may not be out of the question as their careers wind down.
We rolled out the red carpet and put him on a pedestal like he was our saviour.
Let him dictate to us and took his side in the Galvin drama, then even after he showed his true colours we didn’t want to hurt his feelings or upset his disciples.
In the meantime there was no concern about how it was effecting our long term loyal players.
My opinion is that the awakening caused by AD has made Benji wake up and smell the roses and we will be all the better for it moving forward.

Luai's sins don't absolve AD of the sins AD committed......
They do for me.
Luai was on his way out when Douehi performed his toy throwing stunt

He has acknowledged himself that it was a poor way of going about it.
But put yourself in his shoes and how much can be tolerated when someone is made out to be the clubs saviour, is clearly divisive and always gets his way no matter what he does or how mediocre he performs on the field.
By not sacking AD it’s acknowledging Benji made a mistake and it should have been Luai moved or benched for the Raiders game.

If AD was a true leader and had any balls he would have confronted Luai within the 4 walls of the club Infront of his teammates and coaching staff.
He took the piss weak option of dogging his team mates in the press and refusing to play for the club.
He demonstrated the exact opposite of leadership. Selfishness and what was best for him instead of what was best for his teammates and the club.

AD dogged it with his team mates and refused to paly, unforgivable. The bloke has proven twice once with noddy now last year he wants to dictate where he plays.

We don’t know that he did not confront Luai.
Without knowing for sure, I’m led to believe he did on multiple occasions.
His team mates are not idiots, they know the reason behind it and know it was not directed at them or the Wests Tigers jersey.
Possibly...its feasible but whether completely accurate we dont know
