I'd be looking at Alex Johnstone as a replacement for Tedesco.

Alex Johnston is a big no for me. He's a capable backup fullback, but not someone I would have there long term. He's a decent player, but the plaudits he gets are excessive to his ability in my opinion.

Anybody thinking of Zane tetevano should think again. that bloke isolated and beat his misses dont want that kind of trash in the club

I agree yet people are looking at Russell Packer just as big a grub.

Plenty of people will hate this idea, but… If Teddy were to leave, I'd go after Hayne.

Nothing wrong with that idea mate. It would be the same money. If we are going to go after someone with history though, Foran is number 1 target for me.

He scored a good try the other night but he has been rubbish at fullback for the most part. He really doesn't offer much other than speed in open space.

Teddy will be hard to immediately replace. David Mead would be a relatively cheap option that would do a decent job, or Dylan Edwards from the Panthers.

Is Teddy still wearing Jack Wighton's scorch marks? Teddy looks like he is running up and down on the spot compared to Wighton's pace.

You're right I hate the idea. If you think Moses is selfish and all about himself, Hayne is 10 times worse! I think Hayne has shown by his recents actions that he is only in it for himself and achieving HIS dreams, whatever they may be for this month. He is liable to change his mind after half a season and go off to try and become the world's greatest canoeist or something such thing. I really don't think his heart is in playing rugby league anymore - he's already achieved everything there is to achieve in it and he's always looking for new challenges outside.

He hasn't achieved the number one achievement in rugby league… a premiership! If he didn't want to come back to RL, he would've taken the huge money on offer from playing union overseas

He's feel right at home in Cambo…while we're at it lets get Cronk too

What's with the sarcastic comment regarding Cronk? How is signing Hayne anymore unrealistic than signing Johnson, Widdop etc?

Not having a go at you mate but Hayne would be the absolute worst player we could hope join our club. Absolute worst. Egomaniac who spits the dummy at the slightest thing, comes out in social media belittling his clubs' employees, club rules etc. No way do we want wallopers like that anymore, we as a club are slowly starting to cut cancers like that from our roster.
That and the fact that apart from the field goal vs WT last season he has played pretty poorly since he returned from NFL.

As Ivan Cleary said

"The star of the team is the team"

It can never be that way if you have someone like Hayne .

Alex is OK but I would target…Kurt Mann ,Gagai ,Albert Kelly ,lolahea......James Roberts would go good at fullback IMO but I hope teddy stays put

I am amazed that there has been so little comment on Matulino, even on the Warriors forum.

He had been mentioned here and there with the odd comment over the last couple of weeks but nothing definitative.

Now we hear on MMM that he has been in Sydney for talks with Cleary.

Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of talking hadnt already taken place and he was here to put pen to paper.

As one of the most skilful and aggressive props in the comp he would be a great addition to the team, either with or replacing Woods.

Would love to see his Warriors team mate Vete join him here.

Hopefully we will hear shortly.

If the two bob happened to be a 1921 KGV George V edition it would be worth $1,100 - words can be expensive
