Not looking so bad anymore. Sign a winger and backrower and we should compete.

I really like the look of this Milky. Maybe some experience on the wing in Tupou and maybe Corey Neara in the back row?

Bulldogs have spent $5 million of their cap on 9 players (reported by Fox), and need to buy 20 more players whilst still complying within the salary cap. They desperately need to offload players, so maybe we could inquire about Josh Jackson for that number 12 spot? He's solid and still fairly young and goes for around $600k per season which is quite expensive, but eh, so be it. We need quality, seasoned first graders.

I would take JJ every day of the week!!!! Tackles everything in sight and instantly improves our defence!! Great call

Maybe even that Tukeiaho bloke from the Roosters. He can kick goals and seems like a consistent back rower. He's contracted until 2020, though which could be a problem as Roosters seemingly do not want to negotiate at all regarding their contracted players. Just a couple suggestions I would like to see linked with us

Well if my math is right, that's 21 players on an average of just a touch over $200k each. Wow
What's the new bottom contract price for an NRL player?

Yep, they would have to pay an average of $200k per player in order to complete their top 30\. Talk about a well-rounded team, right? They will most likely offload players like Mbye, Eastwood, Hopoate, etc before even thinking about letting go of Josh Jackson, but Josh takes up $600k of the Dogs cap, and they would need as much money to free up as possible if they want to complete their team. This is just a suggestion, but I hope someone at WT is reading this as I really hope it would happen!

Three new players to the club for next year & beyond. Hopefully Cleary can add these guys:
Kirisome Auva'a
Taane Milne
Corey Jensen
Joe Ofahengaue
Russell Packer
Jorge Taufua
Connor Watson
Cheyne Whitelaw
Corey Harawira-Naera

Can any of these kick goals? One of the main priorities for the clib will be to sign a class goal kicking player (Gordon?).

Idlove to see us get Corey Naera from Penrith.
But can't see the panthers letting him go.
It'd be good to have him on an edge

Kerrod Holland….

Or Curtis Rona. If neither available then Kyle Feldt would be an off contract option.

With the western force being removed from the super rugby competition next year we need to look at Curtis Rona. He would be an awesome aquisition on the wing.

Please make it happen 😛ray:

Blackhawks fullback Carlin Anderson signs two-year deal with Cowboys
April 26, 2017 1:57pm
MICHAEL THOMPSON, Sports reporterTownsville Bulletin
COWBOYS coach Paul Green has finally got his man after Townsville Blackhawks fullback Carlin Anderson was today officially announced as the Cowboys’ latest signing.

Anderson has been signed on a two-year deal and will replace Kalyn Ponga as the Cowboys’ back up No. 1 from next season when Ponga links with Newcastle on his NRL mega contract.

Green revealed he attempted to sign Anderson two years ago, only for Anderson to sign with the Brisbane Broncos.

“We actually tried to sign Carlin a couple of years ago but he knocked us back … luckily I didn’t hold it against him,” Green said with a grin.

Damn... I mentioned this kid awhile ago. You watch him carve up for cowboys in two years time. Great goalkicker as well...

I'd give Gideon Gela Moseby a shot at the wing. Very similar to Addo Carr and won't cost a fortune. Would he leave qld though?

i have been crying out for us to make a play for this guy
He could even be quicker than JAC, not that its important

I have the same concern about him leaving North QLD, but for the right coin anyone can be tempted plus i read on Fox the cows will struggle to keep all of their players

Kerrod Holland….

Not a fan. Looks a bit unco out on the field and I don't think he's a particularly great finisher. Would prefer someone with better tackle breaking ability, and speed.

he only mentiond holland because hes a goalkicker.

Whats wrong with these players? if they learned how to goalkick they could earn a extra 50-100k a year 😂

Would love to get CHN, and penrith have spent all their cap apparently, maybe even over spent, so we should get ET on the phone to him and get it done. He would be reasonably priced with plenty of upside, I have been saying this for over a month now.

recruiters have the easiet jobs. All they have to do is to go to opposition forums and find out which players theyd go off at if they lossed them. Then sign those players. If we got josh j from bulldogs there fans would swear more than st pattys day in a irish bar 😂

Probably mentioned already on here… As we all know Ivan's links to warriors and panthers players, can't forget that Kelly Egan spent 5 years with des at the bulldogs. So wouldn't be surprised if a few more bulldogs potentially get linked to wt.
