i prefer kahu over lolohea and johnston

actually, i like kahu in general. good goal kicker, safe and fast.

johnston on the other hand- quick but slow between the ears, can't ball play and weak upper body.

dugan and hayne: probably the best available fullbacks but definitely not the culture that i want at this club. however, prefer dugan over hayne.

all being said; can we keep tedesco?

Tedesco.. no thanks..

I want this cleanout. Hes had ample time to join with us. Hes gone for the easy option though.

Lolohea will be the fullback.

Kahu's truly not that fast? Unless I've missed some incident where he's done a mad sprint?

His legs are always taped, he looks hampered. He's a competent no-frills winger for mine, works in the Broncos system, I think there are very many better options for FB, including the ones mentioned already.

If you are legit about throwing around cash for fullback, the Tedesco leftover cash, I reckon you want a bloke like Milford or Latrell as first options. Dugan and Hayne are in this calibre as well, but with age less on their side and the whole ego issue. It's then quite a gap to a guy like Tui Lolo or Connor Watson. Then a gap again to the Alex Johnstons, Jordan Kahus. Johnston is a better winger than Kahu, just doesn't kick.

Kahu is a great goal kicker and versatile winger covers fullback, centre. Great option on the wing for no more than 450k. Specialist kicker is very important.

I don't think he leaves the Broncos for WT.

lolo watson or edwards for me. Around that 400k park. Tedesco was going to cost 1.2 mill. We can get an extra two good forwards plus a fullback for that.

Yeah kahu hasnt done anything great that ive seen. Johnson is a ussless fullback.

maybe with the experience of reynolds, we can afford to have a 19 year old mitchell at the back- but i wouldnt risk buying a high price junior at this moment. plus idk the +/- of the $$ but if there is a tedesco/mitchell swap- we've got the raw end of that deal.

Lolohea is too hot and cold for me tbh and has a lack of ball playing skills too. Watson is more of a 5/8 from the limited time that i've seen of him

As for Kahu, he's more of a rounded player- has deceptive speed/acceleration and always managed to poke his nose through the line esp with tired forwards. I think he's just safer and someone's who's only gonna get better.

I don't think Milf is leaving Brisbane though? if not, he'd definitely be worth pursuing.

I cant stand milford. Stays down faking injuries all the time. His contract negotiations are pretty ordinary as well. Honestly i think hes selfish. But whatever. Anything is better than no fullback.

I don't know about strong mail but I'd just like to receive my membership pack in the mail sometime before the season finishes. It's only been 6 months since I bought it.

Ali from Ali's rumours page is delivering yours

Aaron Gray (currently injured) worth a look for centre?

Centres are sorted mate.

Just need a winger. But yes, I think Gray would fit that bill perfectly. Dylan Edwards, Connor Watson and Aaron Gray would finalise my backline signings.

1\. Connor Watson/Dylan Edwards….James Tedesco
2\. David Nofoaluma
3\. Moses Suli
4\. Taane Milne
5\. Aaron Gray

6\. Josh Reynolds
7\. Luke Brooks

Don't think we need backrowers. Would prefer we gave Marsters a shot as of next year. I think a realistic team we should/I would like to see next year is:

1\. Lolohea/Watson
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Suli
4\. Hopoate
5\. Edwards
6\. Reynolds
7\. Brooks
8\. Packer
9\. McIllwrick
10\. Matulino
11\. Mcqueen
12\. Lawrence
13\. Taylor

14\. Liddle
15\. Marsters
16\. Felise
17\. Sue

Aloiai/Tatola/Chee Kam/LoLo/Mikaele/MWZ/Heleta/Gamble for depth

Knights forum mentions us a bit..
Here's one post - http://www.marathonstadium.com/threads/2017-2018-knights-rumours-and-signings.15668/page-147
So Tigers have signed

McQueen
Big Ben
Reynolds
MWZ

And they're not finished apparently linked to Paasi, Milne, Holland, Guerra, Lolohea etc

No marquee players there but some solid upgrades in their squad and also ours …..

The Cleary rebuild is in motion whilst we're still waiting for the right player. I can u derstand what Brown and Mooney are doing I just hope it works out ......

fullback options in order of my preference:

1\. teddy 😛ray:
2\. kahu
3\. mitchell
4\. lolohea
5\. watson

Kahu at 2\. Really?

I would have him at number 5 in that lot.

I think that Kahu is playing really well. Wayne Bennett has his favourites who get 90% of the ball I think he would flourish similar to Corey Norman leaving the donkeys

Has mitchell moses oficially signed with the eels yet? If yes, link please…

Was never officially announced but a lot of people think the Eels were hoping to Announce when we released him when he asked. But luckily Cleary is a professional and doesn't give in to the media bullying.

I am hearing strong mail that Kahu has accepted terms and is on thr greyhound to Sydney as we speak

He's a courageous player. reliable goal kicker and would suit Wests Tigers needs.
