Is this a Typo or fraudulent slip??

Ben Matulino and former Warrior **<big>Jacob Lillyman</big>** are also joining the Tigers. As are Chris McQueen from the Titans, Russell Packer from the Dragons and Josh Reynolds from the Bulldogs.

Very interesting. You'd think we would have heard something about it by now, but who knows. He did spend 3 years with Cleary at the Warriors. Obviously he's pretty old.

hahaha the SMH editor must be a Tigers fan and on the forum…..the article has since been corrected to exclude Lillyman.....still hope it was an unintentional slip up....I'd take him for 1-2 years

SMH have edited the article, corrected it to "Packer from the Dragons".

Not that we've been linked but looks like Aaron Gray will end up at that sharks. They've also shown interest in Johnston who souths hope to retain via Brent Read MMM

AJ showed his insane speed again tonight.

Lillyman making good meters this year for a club that is struggling. Could offer him a year with 1 year in our favor.

I have always viewed Lillyman as a plodder. Small forward who bulked up to carve out an honest career. But someone mentioned 2 weeks ago we have some interest in him so i kept an eye out. He punches through the line well. He is more than an honest player. Current SOO player too. I wouldn't be upset if we got him for a year, maybe 2.

Not sure if already mentioned, but on talking sport last night, it was said that the tigers are signing Blake Ferguson. Not sure if a good signing or not, I suppose he is a good solid rep player. Would bring size and some speed to the backline.
 
Looking at off contract players in Australia, there is not a lot of quality in positions we need. I suggest that we should put the chequebook away and only look at minimum contract depth signings until it is obvious what may be on offer from a couple of clubs massive salary cap overspend.
