Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Hush Hush I - Can't honestly see it being one of our guys, and can't see it being the Roosters, or Sharkies. Maybe the Dogs? or Could very well be the Eels though, that would make sense with the personalities in play there….

Hush Hush II -

Possibly Trent Merrin, or that idiot from Newcastle Lachlan Fitzgibbon?

I think if the price being bandied around for Trent Hodkinson is right (approx 130k from what the media has said) that's a GREAT BUY for the Sharks.

Which Sydney coach tore strips off one of his playmakers at training two weeks ago?

The coach is said to have had enough of this player’s attitude and gave him an epic dressing down in front of the playing group.

Apparently, the spray was so big that the bloke who copped it stormed out of training.

Who is the struggling backrower asking for $800,000-a-season?

A club who phoned his manager last week about his contract status forwarded this information on. This bloke’s form has been so average that he’ll be lucky to attract a deal worth half of that.

Which NYC player yet to play first grade has been nicknamed ‘the chosen one’ by his teammates?

I doubt any of these relate to us but, I thought they were interesting anyway. I think the first one is Nu Brown.

Sydney coach, Brad Arthur?

Wouldn't be surprised if it was Brad Arthur tearing into one of Hayne, Moses or Norman. Or Griffin having a go at Bryce Cartwright…come to think of it, could be Cartwright for number two as well.

Pretty sure Addo-Carr backdoored the club by signing elsewhere despite being asked to hold off on negotiations for a short while until our CEO got back from holidays. Not much you can do about people with dubious morals like that I guess.

I'm not fussed on JAC, but how is that displaying 'dubious' morals?

IF the reports were true, then he signed with Storm whilst the Tigers were under the illusion that he was still in negotiations with our club. I class that as dubious morals. Hope his missus doesn't choof off on holidays for a week or two…..she may well find him shacked up with her mum on her return.

Hush Hush number one ; could be Flanagan giving Moylan a spray . I could see him sooking off.

Fozza Foran may have gone on a Stilleto's/TAB/abusive phone call binge.

Could definitely see it being Moses as well, could just picture his lil pout and whinings of impending mental unwellness after copping a gobful.

Nu brown was demoted to training with the ISP squad for the Bulldogs because of his poor attitude so it could be him.

Classic

Unfortunately, they are all in contract 'negotiations' until they sign with any club. As a free-agent, its there right to do a deal with whoever they decide & play off any offers with other suitors to obtain the highest market value.

Its just business

Ahhh Norman, Moses and Hayne all on the same bus - just sit back and watch it implode!!

Add Ken Edwards into that mix… like a match to a stick of dynamite.

Get the popcorn ready...

They have a good side but I’d love it to all go pear shaped. The finger pointing and blow ups would be gold. Once the press get a sniff it would be money for old rags for them.Poor Tim Mannah.
We could do a GoFundMe page and kick it off by giving them some Casino chips

Thats funny… All 3 are better than every player in our backline & Edwards is better than our backrowers.

Maybe ego is the price you pay to play Finals?

Wonder what the wash-up will be once Gutherson is ready to come back? He could be a handy addition to our squad?

Gutherson always looks to be playing for the team rather than himself. You couldn't say the same thing about Moses, Hayne and Norman.

Moses, Norman and Hayne will be interesting.

3 of the biggest downhill skiiers in the game.

If Parra are winning by 30, they'll all look unstoppable.

However, If they start to lose….. oh lordy. That will be fun to watch.

agreed… Something has to give there. Gutherson looks to be a fit to the Ivan model?

If Guthro was to up and leave and I say that would be highly unlikely, he would more than likely head back to the Northern beaches. Although he would suit our needs more than 99% of players in the NRL, no1 is his preferred position, kicks goals and got a very good attitude
