Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

In regards to Tedesco:
Tigers - discover, develop, nurture
Rorters - steal and take
That’s all the Rorters do.

That's what happens in all aspects of life.
It's up to us as a club to become stronger.
Finally we are on the right track, club membership up, sponsorship up, both NRL and ISP sides improving.
I don't give a STUFF who plays hooker this week and other trivial nonsense about team selections on a week to week basis, because I know Ivan looks at the bigger picture.
What we need to do to compete is to ensure that Justin Pascoe and Ivan Cleary are signed up long-term.
Everything else will fall into place.

Tried to leave to Canberra. Left for roosters. I’d rather Robbie back than Tedesco and that says a lot. He suits the rooster to a tee

We should look to do the same to other clubs from now on

If we're looking for a hooker, I reckon we should try bring Parcell back from England. Could probably get him on the cheap.

100%
Is a thread on this and all.

I notice Morgan Boyle who some forum members rated and hoped we would sign is struggling to make the top 17 in the Titans. maybe dogged a bullet their.

Watching State of Origin last night made me sad that we once had Teddy and Carr on our books. Both are excellent NRL players and have speed to burn. The difference these two players would make to WT would be huge.

Speed is something WT severely lack.

Boyle has been carrying a shoulder injury following a dislocation in the pre-season.

Good post. I just want to see constant improvements in the team and organisation. I think guys like Tedesco going is really what is required. We can't have guys in the organisation who are just causing drama for no reason.

Agree and disagree.
Melbourne lost Inglis, Folau and many many others over the years and still maintained a winning culture.
Hopefully Ivan develops this and we can be stronger.

But, the loss of Tedesco cannot be understated.
He is the biggest loss since Prince (and we never really recovered from his departure).

Let's hope Mbye is the tonic. I think he can be.

Turdy is a great fullback but I'm thinking the only reason he didn't go to the raiders was either the weather or uncle Nick wanted him ti stay with us so he wouldn't develop a taste for fireworks and porn.

No point looking back, let's sign some cocks instead of dogs for a change, tupou or fergo would add to our backlines.

Get the lurker into it.

Katoa is a gun would very much like the club to push hard for him

If sharks bring in Barba we should really try raid there backs

Holmes
Lee
Feki
Dugan
Barba
Katoa
Moylan - once Kyle Flanagan comes Moylan may shift to fullback
Bronson Xerri - who I’m expecting to be picked at centre next year, the kid is a weapon and sharks rate him too

Would like Katao and Xerri out of that bunch

I actually don’t mind Feki. I don’t watch a lot of sharks games but surprised he can’t get a start over Edrick Lee! Feki seems a good finisher.

Lee is playing really well. I heard an interview with Flanagan where he said he'd put on a heap of muscle this year and its made him a lot more confident.

Feki's an ok finisher but thats it, isnt much of an upgrade on what we have imo. no quicker then MWZ/Nofa

Yeah Lee was good at fullback last week.

If I had a choice between the two I would take Lee hands down. He would fit the bill for what we need, without costing too much.

I read that L. Latu is considered one of the worst buys of the season. Perhaps he could recapture his Panthers' form under Cleary? He is on a good contract and perhaps the TItans may put a bit in to be done with him. Apparently he has been playing for Tweed and we know he has great ball skills.

IS the young forward who was head binned last night the brother our late Moses F?

Dont agree with him being a worst buy…
Barely played grade.

Was a beast last year too.
Needs a real crack,

Idk.
I'm sure he'd rather be playing grade tho.
