Wonder where this leaves Tupou as they signed Ryan Hall last week

Rumour is that Tupou is not happy at the Roosters, inside info from their recruitment dept.

Well they did just sign 2 high profile players who play his position .

Has anyone heard if we are talking with two backrowers from the Roosters both are still under contract? I have heard it from 2 different sources but no names (the GC are intersted in 1 of them).

One is a ISP player for Wyong (never heard of before) one was Takeahau but he may not be released, the GC were also interested in but no longer as they look to have Alex Glenn.

Just out of curiosity do you have a name for the ISP player?

Taukeiaho would be a very solid signing. Still young, still improvement and his best football left in him.

Also mentioned on rush hour Triple M,
Merrin and Tamou are on the move.

I'd take Merrin.

I first heard that last year that he was going to be here for 2018 and heard it again a few weeks ago that he coimng so let's hope so

I remember merrin's name mentioned last year as rumoured to be coming here. See what happens, would be a decent pick up.

TKO would be very handy. I'd assume many clubs would be in for him if he indeed is to be released by the chooks.

Prefer Taukeiaho to Merrin - Not sure where either would fit in .

If you play them at lock - Taylor would have to go to right edge (could end up being a dud spot for him like DH). Taylors best spot is lock - if not there, not in the team for mine. That would be a disaster to have a player of his calibre and not use him to his best ability.

Taukeiaho is a FR forward if Taylor plays lock. If Merrin lost a couple of kgs you could play him on the edge - he has good off loads that could be used to good affect out there.

That brings up the question, what about Garner? Still early days, could still go around next year on the bench.

Still all speculation - I am sure Ivan has it planned if these guys are on his radar.

I'd be very happy if we can snag this guy, he's a very good player. Add In Merrin as well, who has heaps of experience at the highest level in the game, and that would bolster our pack immensely.

Fox reporting Brisbane after Mitchell Moses
Nearly signed last year but Bennett said no

Cowboys after Oats and Glen from Brisbane
Oats rumored to be waiting for a change of manager before signing

Will be interesting to see what happens

And tigers interested in ….......

Tigers are interested in patience.

Don't you find it a little refreshing, that Tigers are not being linked to each and every player off contract? Cast your mind back to 2017 when every player in the game was linked to Tigers and Newcastle.

Signings will come and lack of noise doesn't mean lack of interest.
