Joey Leilua is my guess. They've been trying to offload him for a while now if memory serves me correctly.

Not sure Joey fits our culture but great player.

Agree and exactly what our backline needs imo.

Leilua would definitely be the player Canberra are trying to offload. They've been trying to get rid of him for ages with no success. We already have Marsters who's similar and got a much better temperament. Our other centre needs to be fast or at the very least, reliable.

To be fair we're not really brimming with talent in the backline. Leilua would stroll into our starting lineup.

We'd be mad to fill our roster before we find out what is happening to the coach. If Bennett does come, Im sure he'd like a say on how and who is to fill the roster, he might even walk around at pre season training and tell some players, no thanks you're not required.

Even up in Brisbane there is talk about players following Bennett should he leave .. the calibre of some of these players wanting to follow him will be great for us if he comes .. :master:

Where covered with Mbye , Thompson and young Smith at fullback centres not so much….

But we don't need Origin class players so forget it...plus he falls in the tool category... :unamused:
