Johnson or Jennings
I'll take both
We need speed and they both have that
Along with try scoring abilities

Johnson
Nofoluma
Masters
Mbye (covers fullback and half)
Jennings
Brooke's
Reynolds

Looks good to me
Certainly much better than what we had this year
In saying that I thought Tompson was great for us and would cover many positions if a long term injury was to occur

No offence but in me fell swoop you have just made two positions worse.

Mbye is a better fullback than johnson. He bring a passing and kicking game their.

Then to move mbye who is only 90kgs or so and put him at centre up against st 100kg plus guys is not the way to go. His passing game wouldn't be utilize their either.

Sorry I'd be annoyed as if that was pur back line.

I am sure the club doctors at the sharks would have a large say in his release or not,He is 29 next year coming off an ACL and wont play for half the season.Would be risky we dont need another potential Ballin situation especially when he would not be cheap

We're one of only a few clubs with money to spend. No doubt we've been used and will continue to be used by managers to bump up asking prices for their clients. We're no chance of luring Graham from the Sharks nor would I want him with his history of injury and age.

i was talking to my mates about this yesterday…

i was the only one that was against the idea of getting graham...........

At lease you have friends that go for the Tigers… I live in Campbelltown but none of my friends go for the Tigers.

Who do they go for
Wests ?
:roll

Not offended and I get your point
But
How many people would have had Mbye at fullback 18 months ago
I recall people bagging Mbye when he was at the dogs playing fullback
Now everyone is bagging Johnson
Everyone has an opinion and many different ones at that
Toovey was one of the smallest players to play league
That didnt seem to stop him from sitting much bigger players on their backside
I think if if a quality player wishes to come here and he is able to play a number of positions
Eg fullback/wing/centre then we should have a good look at that player

Personally I think either Johnson wighton or Walker would all bring something to our team
Johnson for speed and finishing off a move

Wighton for speed and defence

Walker can be very dangerous when he has the ball and can open up space and every team needs a niggler

Just my opinion but most people on here would like one of these three

Otherwise who else is a possibility
Jennings

I would like to see a player who can come up with a big play when we need it
And when we dont

All three mentioned have that ability
Be interesting to see who madge actually signs

Wighton at centre and Jennings on the wing would be great.

I think Johnson is a good winger I just don't want him here if he carries on about being a fullback and all. Prefer Jennings who just seems grateful to play NRL.

I thought Mbye in the last 4-5 games looked really dangerous. An off season will only make him and brooks partnership even better.

I actually don't mind this side ATM. Just need to sought out the centre/wing problem

Like others I would like Jennings and Wighton. Jennings for his speed and Wighton for his defence and speed. I also think Wighton could make a very good back rower in a year or so, Iam willing to over look his off field stuff

Remaining players off contract for 2019

Aloiai, MCK, Farah, Fonua, Gamble, Lawrence, Liddle, Marshall, Rochow, Thompson.

He quickly checked his response and instead named Jason Clark but it has certainly set tongues wagging considering the ongoing speculation about the Australian No.9’s future.

“We lose Angus (Crichton) and Dami… er, ah Angus and Jason Clark,” he said on Monday.

hmmmmmmm

Farah and Marshall's last year
Aloiai MCK Fonua Liddle and Rochow to step up or step out
Thompson is a keeper if he goes as well as this year
Lawrence had his best year in a long time
If he gets through this year without injury and plays well I would look to re sign him
Gamble needs a few games to prove his ability and worth
I would say 5 or 6 will go

And McQueen well who knows
Comes here with a dud neck and we are paying for it
Teams should be able to make a contract null and void if that happens to a player before they arrive at their new club
Especially if the injury has occurred after a contract has been signed

It's like buying a new car only to be written off while in delivery
You wouldn't accept it

People are reading way too much into that imo.

I feel with this sorted we might be looking to finalise the roster now or hope so anyway..

Shut the rumour mill down ….there is no more recruitment for the WT on the short term horizon....we will wait to see IF the right 30th player comes on the market.....there is even a real chance we start the season with the 29 we have now got.....so enjoy the rest of the off season and don’t waste too much energy speculating....

As I thought it would be with the 30th spot. Will keep it open going into next season and for a possible June 30 pick up. Unless someone comes on the market that we need before hand.

Nothing in it
He's a Pommy
You cant understand them most of the time anyway
They speak dribble dont they
Not English

Actually I don't mind Sam
He had a photo taken before a game with my daughter
It only took 30 seconds but it ment alot at the time
And still does

Waiting with a spot free is the smart play. We picked up mbye last season at a discount by waiting on a club to go through turmoil.

With the amount of recent drama, I'm glad we're playing it the same.

Broncos interest in M Moses & Warriors interest in Nikorima (Slothfield)

I'm surprised anyone is interested in those two. Brooks is a great signing when you consider the alternatives.
