Gotta feel sorry for Cam King.
Was pretty much begging for a contract but no one appeared to want him.

I spoke to a mate of Nathan Brown’s not too long ago. He said that Brown had said that all the players liked him, but didn’t rate him as a player.

He's a pretty average hooker from a fan's perspective.
But I don't think Kaysa is much better.

Sadly it’s back to fossicking around in Crazy Clint’s bargain bin for us since we got caught cheating. Oh well, having some money to spend on decent players was nice while it lasted - all of 12 months ?

Heard talks that Parra wouldn't sign Segyaro whilst Norman was there but with him gone they may make a play.
#9 has been their weak spot for years.

The story I was told in all seriousness was that the Tigers were ready to sign Taumololo before he was signed to the Cowboys as a junior however we opted to sign the young bloke that killed himself all those years back. Tragedy in all scenarios

What are you trying to say Demps? That Parra will sign James Segeyaro, Man I like that player.
Or that Parra will realise they need a hooker and go to us wanting Liddle and we should get Sereyaro?
(which we won't).

Unless Mitch Moses has pull on Liddle, I doubt anything will change WT side. Segeyaro would be a good signing for Parra.

Honestly when Newcastle offered 1 Million for Klemmer I was thinking
$1 Million for Taumalolo is worth it. Sadly he ain't going anywhere. (but a few offers could at least force the cows to pay market rates).
Not many players, particularly forwards would command the 1M. I would agree S Burgess and M Taupau are around that mark.
For 800K I would gladly sign Fifita. Tamou could command that much.

The big problem in our front row is that we have signed a lot of Good but not great. Packer, Mats are good. But no one in our forward pack is going to win games for us. We need to identify raiding targets and start working on them.

I think the Titans are prime to be raided. If they have another year without results their front row is going to go wandering.
