I went off last year saying Matterson was the best signing since Gareth Ellis.

I’m doing it again Jake Simpkin is the best signing since Benji Marshall from Keebra Park.
This kid is a gun he will start round 1 next year already better than Liddle and stronger.

Lightning out of dummy half and has a brilliant off the deck passing game. He will be QLD hooker in 2 years.

Thought he went alright for Wentworthville when he was in league. He got the Waratahs contract by playing the house down for the Sydney Rays in the NRC (level above Shute Shield) - scored some great tries I rate him. He's a specimen. It would be a shame to think some people would put a marker through his name because of whats going on with his brother.
