If we could get JAC and LM for the price of Mats/Masters and Matto would take it in an instant provided it was for 3-4yrs.

My God if we ended up signing both Mitchell and JAC, I think I’d fall off my perch! Might be dead but least I would’ve died happy, even without having seen them play together in our colours 😂

@pawsandclaws1 Every week the complaints were the forwards are not giving Brooks a platform to move ... sorry until the pack is bolstered it is the same old ...

Brooks was an easy target due to the lack of genuine pace and strike out wide, Target Brooks/Marshall you shut the attack down,

@gallagher if we get Mitchel then we get the strike we need we woukd be better of spending the money we would have to spend on jac on replaceing Matterson

I understand you may want to spend money on other areas. I wouldnt call signing JAC a waste of money in any scenario though.

ok, I'll ask. Why?

Mitchell gives us the strike in the backline we desperately need. If we have money left over, you go after Arrow or Frizzel to give us some punch in the forwards. If there’s still cash left over, then you go for JAC. Spending so much money on a winger when you have no strike in the forwards is ametuerish.

It is if you haven’t strengthened other areas first.

I think our threequarter line is terrible, much worse then our pigs.

Our inability to punch through the line against quality opponents was apparent last season. We often held up fine in the field position battle, even against top 8 teams. Our second match against Canberra is a good example. We had like 10 sets on their line for no result. Sure, they had the best defense in the league but we looked extremely impotent. Adding guys like Mitchell and Addo-Carr to replace Thompson and Jennings would make a huge difference.

Also don't underestimate the importance of a gun backline in helping win the forward battle. When you've got Thompson and Jennings taking the ball up on 1st and 2nd tackle, you're not getting over the advantage line and creating momentum. The forwards have to run back further to get onside and then don't have any momentum when they cart it up. Addo-Carr and Mitchell would add another 2-3m on every kick return and early set hit-up, that's a huge difference over the course of the game for both our forwards getting back onside and in terms of territory.

Don’t get me wrong, my preference is to boost the forward pack over the backs but if you get a chance to bring the talent of JAC/LM to the club you have a few bites over the best laid out plans of a forward assault .

Capewell > Dragons close to being done according to the drags forum. Flanno signing players and not McGregor

Ok .... after all .... its Sunday .... so lets just all have a look at what may be possible with **few 2020 **WT fantasy** team additions**. This adds to 29 spots but excludes Dylan Smith, Chris McQueen and Sam McIntyre who hopefully may find greener pastures before begining of next season.

1. **Latrell Mitchell**/ **Zac Lomax** / Brad Abbey/ Corey Thompson
2. David Nafoaluma/ **Zac Lomax**/ Robert Jennings
3. Paul Momirovski/ Zac Lomax
4. Moses Mbye/ Timmy Talau
5. **JAC**/ Corey Thompson/ Brad Abbey
6. Benji Marshall/ Josh Reynolds/ Billy Walters
7. Luke Brooks/ Josh Reynolds/ Billy Walters
8. **Jared Waerea-Hargreaves**/ Matt Eisenhuth/ Oliver Clarke
9. Jacob Liddle/ Billy Walters/ Josh Reynolds
10. Russel Packer/ Thomas Mikaele/ Alex Seyfarth
11. **Nathan Brown**/ Luke Garner/ Eliah Taylor
12. Josh Aloiai/ Alex Twal
13. **Jai Arrow**/ Chris Lawrence/ MCK

**Development Squad**
Kane Bradley
Jake Simpkin
Reece Hoffman
Zac Cini
Jock Madden

Then its back to waiting for reality to kick in for me ......

Why bother with such a cluster.

Cause I feel like it mate.

Idk why, you can’t get anything out of naming 3 players in each position, in every position n the team.

Shows we have good cover for each position .... always good to have ....
