Some caller on 2sm reported this arvo Corey Thompson to Penrith....anyone heard anything about this

Most callers on 2SM are already six schooners deep by this point. I used to listen to Talkin' Bulldogs for a laugh but it's beyond that now.

Absolutely shocking show - gave up on them ages ago. I can't stand listening to know all Tunks - he waffles on as though he is in the know and he hasn't got a clue.

If tigers are SERIOUSLY after a fullback and a fullback only (Not utility) but want to save money for a NAME winger or centre then they really should go after edwards or aetkins only. Both off contract 2020 both gunning for the same spot in the same team. They rate VERY highly on the VFM ranks

Conspiracy theory - I keep wondering why roosters were so keen to gift us a fullback.
Only thing I can come up with is Tedesco is approachable nov this year.

No way Tedesco will ever come back. He's won two premierships in two years at the club he loved as a kid and has everything paid for him. As long as he's fit Uncle Nick will sure he'll stay.

He's gone and will stay gone.

The one I'd like to see us make a play for is Suli.

More to the point, let's see how that works out for Souths and their salary cap. Something (or someone) must have to give.

Is there a time limit by which Souths have to sort out their salary cap situation for 2020?

Must be sorted for 2020 - otherwise NRL wouldn't have registered LM. Its 2021 where they are going to have massive problems if they don't offload players. However i'm still not convinced they will be under the cap if GC release Arrow early.

Had a couple bad games but over all he rates highly would likely come on a contract under 400k aetkins under 300k

Had a dream last night. Setting was a warm & sunny September arvo on the hill at leichhardt oval. A Tigers win would clinch the minor premiership over the fading parra slimey's who only 24hrs prior suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of last placed souffs to make it their 7th loss on the trot..

Thanks to a 5th tackle try saver from this years runaway Dally M favourite L.Brooks the Tigers regain possession on their own 10 and are up by 2 with a couple minutes to go. The Storm, who have just failed to score on 3 consecutive sets camped on the Tigers goal line are showing clear signs of disharmony, lead by their captain C.Smith who is overheard muttering "If only we had some pace out wide"...
