Yeah just checked, the McGuinness brothers 1st played together (for the Wests Tigers) in round 3 2000 against the Knights, we lost 46-8. Darren Albert scored 4 tries against us!

The Shirnacks played 2 games together in rounds 2 and 3 of 2011!

I like that tHartigan doesn’t mind the bad boy signings lattrel, JL, he knows they are game changers.

I don't mind these types of signings either. You can't have a team full of nice guys, it just won't get you over the line. I think these types of players will shine under Madge rather than a soft type coach like Cleary..

Cleary lost me straight away as soon I watched the “this day forward” pre season media pieces last year.

I’ve never seen a less energetic and less inspiring figurehead. I was honestly shocked at how dour his address to the team was. I was really disappointed after all the “on the bus” talk.

I pushed it away and tried to keep positive, but in hindsight my gut was correct. The reality is Cleary either didn’t really buy in or he has the personality and charisma of a slug. I suggest a bit of both.

Have a look at Madge during MCK’s try against the Broncos. Now that is passion!

Daily telegraph reporting that parra are upgrading the young guy whose name I can't spell to a top 30 contract. The guy we have signed for 2021. So sounds like we will have to wait a year.

I think we could use AD as much as JAC. I also think we need to be careful in relation to signings.

Do we need a winger desperately ? I don't think so. I reckon Nofo, CT, Jennings and even Momo can cover that position.

I'd love us to get a gun fullback. I doubt AD is a gun fullback but maybe he could be a decent fullback and potentially a good 6 when Benji retires.

I'd stick with CT at fullback for now and look to spend big money on a gun fullback 2021/2022. I think he'll be much better at fullback this year and spending 600k on Douehi would be a mistake imo. Better value with Corey on 200-250k

If Benji retires at the end of 2020 we have Mbye, Reynolds, Walters and Madden who can play 6. I just see Douehi as an okay signing who can play 1 or 6 and we have a few of those types already

Pray tell who is this gun fullback 2021/2022 that you are going to spend big money on?

It isn't anyone off contract that is for sure.

Surely this isn’t possible. With what cap are the Roosters to outlay $500k plus? They are also supposedly after the other Morris twin to cover for that centre who did his ACL. Ridiculous...


Will they just got Latrell off the books, if Sniths injury is bad enough they may get sone short term cap relief for him. Pretty easy to sign AD under those circumstances.

Ive been wrong before.....but you are wrong about Foran. Dogs get $350K relief under the new rep injury rule but they are correctly bitching and moaning because his contract is $1M

Your mail has actually been bang on. Said Latrell was done to Souths weeks before it was announced and said AJ wouldn’t be coming here when it was widely reported he was. What are you hearing about AD?
