Do we need a winger desperately ? I don't think so. I reckon Nofo, CT, Jennings and even Momo can cover that position.

I'd love us to get a gun fullback. I doubt AD is a gun fullback but maybe he could be a decent fullback and potentially a good 6 when Benji retires.

I tend to agree. Love watching JAC and I can’t quite put my finger on it but for some reason signing him doesn’t excite me that much.

Don’t get me wrong I’m sure I’d get a stiff log if it happens, but I don’t want to spend marquee money on a winger.

I also don’t see it with AD. I’m shocked a lot of you blokes are so amped for him. Maybe it’s the lack of signings that is clouding some judgement.

He’s tall, has some ball playing and has a dig. But he’s not a game breaker, not a try scorer and to be honest a bit of a plodder when you compare him with other fullbacks.

The stats posted the other day of Corey v AD sum up things pretty nicely. Corey is more dangerous and I back him with a full off season training there to get even better.

I'd stick with CT at fullback for now and look to spend big money on a gun fullback 2021/2022. I think he'll be much better at fullback this year and spending 600k on Douehi would be a mistake imo. Better value with Corey on 200-250k

If Benji retires at the end of 2020 we have Mbye, Reynolds, Walters and Madden who can play 6. I just see Douehi as an okay signing who can play 1 or 6 and we have a few of those types already

I thought I read that he's on 500k 2020, 600k 2021 and wants an extra 2 years at the same rate

Even if Souths chip in for 2020 and you get him for 350k we're still taking on a bad contract for 3 years

he is on $550 next year and %600 the year after. He wants 4 x $600 from Tigers. The $350 you saw is his cost to us for year 1 after you deduct what souffs have/will pay him. The problem with Doueihi isnt $350 for this year its 3 more years at $600.
