Another report today saying we are keeping an eye on Jack De Belin too. Don’t see him leaving dragons if found innocent though, would be a dog move considering they stood by him through the whole thing.

Would love to have him, was one of the best locks going around (don't think he would leave either), but his old man did play for the Tigers.

I'd struggle to support the club if we signed de belin tbh.

Obviously we would not be signing him if he is guilty Avo as he will be in goal.

If he is not guilty and we were lucky enough to sign him - why would you struggle?

I don't like the guy, simple as that. I think he's a flea of a human being. Wouldn't want him for free.

We let Matterson go and i am sure Parra are in the ear of Stefano and i expect a backflip to come so why cant we get in Grant's ear, Momo i dont worry so much as we have Tommy "second coming " Talau who everyone seems to rate so he should be able to tske Mmbye's spot if he has to.
We are naive if we dont think that talking to players to backflip doesnt happen... look at Teddy and the Raiders

I am going to go against all those saying we wouldn't want Kevin Procter. He would be a great signing imo

What does he bring - Experience, Professionalism, great defence, leadership

Our forward pack for next year has no one over the age of 25 - we need what he brings. We will be loosing a great deal of experience in lawrence, ET, McQueen, Eisenhuth and prob Packer if we find a buyer plus Marshall so we need experience and leadership

He is the current NZ secondrower with 200+ games of FG and we don't have 2 FG class 2nd rowers. We have been playing Lawrence, Garner, Sam MciNtyre in our back row and you don't want a an NRL captain, current NZ rep 2nd rower known for his professionalism , great attitude and to be one of the hardest trainers around.

Im not saying he is what he was at Storm but thats not what we are after either - although his stats at Titans are the same as at Storm except he makes a few more tackles and 1 less run because they have less ball.

he might not be the best 2nd rower in the comp now but he is better then any of ours

Proctor is another one who was a superstar in the Melbourne system but just has not kicked on elsewhere, especially a rabble like the Titans.

They seldom do well elsewhere, Cronk and Inglis are the only two real apparent ones that come to mind and they were greats of their era type players.

Widdop, Blair(people will disagree, Sheens used him wrong, but he was great at Brisbane), Green there are others as well

Correct - eels also have a pretty toxic environment in their lower grades from what I’ve heard. There’s a reason so many of their young guys leave.

I’d argue Luciano and garner offer more than proctor footy wise. We could definitely use some experience in our forward pack and we lack depth, our bench has been pretty weak this year but I don’t think proctor is the best option.

Our forward pack may be young but there’s a few guys stepping up as leaders. Aloiai and Twal lead the way every week for us and the players view them as leaders as does Madge. It’s up to the coach whether he thinks we will need more experience in our pack or not.

Stefano is coming in next year plus Blore will hopefully be playing by then so maybe all we need is a relatively cheap depth signing or two just to cover injuries, preferably more young guys who can push for spots.

If he is found not guilty, or if the case is dismissed due to whatever reason, that doesn't mean he didn't do what they accused him of. I don't trust the legal system to always get those things right.

I don't know what happened, I have no other information than what I've read from public sources, but the picture painted leads me to think he is the sort of person I wouldn't want in my football team or anywhere near anyone or anything I hold dear.
