JAC having a shocker so far tonight

Playing like a true Tiger

if that was the case cummins would be our referee's advisor....

I find it amusing that some posters would prefer to keep Talau and risk losing JAC over it.

Even Momo has shown more ability then Talau has shown so far.
Who cares about potential when you have proven success knocking at the door.

If Talau was a Knights junior, I doubt people would have the same opinion if the same scenario was offered.

How can we be risking "losing" JAC when he is not under contract to us?He is not "ours" to lose

If jac wants to come here he will end up here it’s simple as that and we would be stupid to take the first offer storm give us to get him here it’s called haggleing you start at the top then work your way down

Interesting stat NOFO has scored 12 tries this year JAC 10

Interesting that JAC is an SOO and Aust rep and Nofo isn't. There is a reason for it.

As we saw last night, blinding pace adds another dimension in defence as well.

Talau is cheap with two years to go on a contract.
The fact the Storm have asked for him should tell you all you need to know. We are not in a position to be releasing quality rookies for big priced wingers. Love the Fox but I sign him for 2022 and remove Storm leverage.

Agree, regardless of cap pressures, I want Talau in my team over Josh. Naturally it would be a luxury to have both.

We can waste money on Reynolds and Joey Leilua, payjng for a genuine SOO and Aust rep is a no brainer. Delaying it will keep us out of the 8.

Well speaking of finding it amazing.

I find it amazing people are judging one of our best young players and not taking into account he is playing on the wing out of position and ahead of development time to help the team out.

Lets judge him as a centre and try and picture him in three years time.

I doubt many would swap JAC for that!

I'm a bit concerned about JAC of late. The fullback talk is troubling and smells of disaster. If he doesnt want to play on the wing - whether it's about chasing money or not - it looks like it's more about JAC than addressing what we need.

Completely agree with you.I want JAC at the club but as a winger i doubt if he has the required skillset for full back

JAC is probably going to be the most expensive winger in the comp
I think last night, although not terrible he showed us how he would play in a average squad.
No way I would let Tommy Talau go

He was our best player when our team was way worse and he wasn’t half the player he is now. He would be one of our best every week if given the ball

We can’t just wait for JAC to come off contract in 2022. By then all the big clubs will chase him and we won’t stand a chance, this is one of the few times we are actually a shot at signing an origin level player we have to at least try
