Thanks. I haven't seen L Brown mentioned anywhere yet. He's not the type to tear the opposition apart but he's capable of getting through a lot of dirty work.

Made some big plays in the pre lim final this yr. Not a superstar, but would be a welcome addition to our pack imo, as would FPN.

I can confirm some things about SKD, my inside knowledge about Sharks. The Sharks will make no further signings for the 2015 season, but are looking to approach a big signing from the Roosters for the 2016 season if all contract and other negotiations work out well for them.

Tigers on the other hand will have 3 big mid season signings depending on how Jason Taylors plans are working out. One of the 3 is SKD with Roosters and Tigers in mutual agreement about the mid season signing.The other 2 are FPN and Lewis Brown from the Panthers.

Would love to have Lewis Brown at the WestsTigers. Very good player and a good person off the field too. I can't see the Panthers letting him go. Ivan Cleary thinks very highly of him.

Maybe so, but i doubt there is much Quality available at the moment.
I support a Quality Club with only Quality players required at my Club :wink: .
Clubs would be holding to there quality players unless they have major Salary Cap issues i reckon.
I could believe the SKD signing only because the Roosters will be wanting Ferguson playing in there backline ASAP.

I honestly can't see the fuss in Lewis Brown He does some good stuff on the field , but then undoes it with some stupid errors

Happy , he would be good for us. He's always busy, gets through a lot of work, is a smart player and never stops trying. The positives out weigh the negatives in my opinion.

In two massive games for teams he plays for (Penrith and NZ ) I have seen him go from dummy half on the last tackle

I would have thought mid season signing means, signed mid season for the following season.

Anyway who knows, the mail coming out of Shark Park Maloney SKD will be joining them in 2016\. So who do you believe????. If nothing else it keeps the forum ticking over on the off season

Brown started his career as a hooker. And before he signed for the Warriors he played for the WestsTigers premier League side but couldn't get a start because of Robbie and Morris. Lewis is a good representative player with a lot of experience and heart. And he can sure score a few tries as well as setting them up. He could only improve our team imo.

Lewis made his way through the lower grades at the Tigers and was the team's star performer at hooker/lock but due to Robbie he couldn't get a game.

Would be a very solid and experienced signing which is what we need. Much better value than Halatau.

And i saw Josh mansour at Westfield Burwood last week, surely that means he secretly signed with us and made his way down after training..?

This forum is like the telecrap, a lot of words are written based on little or no facts. Every now than we do get some very good oil but its usually mixed with a lot stuff that comes from the imagination part of the brain and not the factual part.
