Snipers are very quiet

It is good to see that the snipers are being fairly quiet about our signings/retention for the 2021 season.I am sure a few of them will be hoping for a poor start to the season so they can put the knife into Madge again
This has been the best offseason for many years i would rate it B+,it hasnt been ideal but it has been a lot better than most of us expected and hoped for.
Credit is due this year

Depends where you look. The doomers on Facebook always have a negative spin on any WT news. Most people on this forum are hardcore fans who take a moment to inform themselves on what is really happening at the club, instead of taking their news from gossip pages - or worse, coming up with their own cooked take and others latching onto it.

I don't know who your are referring to regarding internal snipers, But I keep thinking about the 'classy' interview on fox when benji heard he didn't have a spot at WT.

He said something along the lines of.....WT are going to have the same squad in 2021 so he doesn't see where the improvement will come from.

Fast forward a few months, we have Joffa, Tamou, JTJ, Laurie, Tuiki 🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯

Lol as soon as I see that , or someone says to me “you guys are gonna struggle without benji” , I switch off . I’m really going to miss giving teams a 12 point head start , and having to throw the ball around because we have to play razzle dazzle , where just making the right tackles would have us near the front .
I’d love to just be in every game this year . Not have to sit through a 30 point hammering or 3.

Yep it was a rough week. Still getting my head around the club paying the Badger to help us win matches when I was convinced he did all he could to make us lose them - but other than that very satisfied with the off season recruits.

I honestly don’t care if the wins don’t come . As long as the team shows what it’s going to become . But I honestly don’t think that’s going to be the case . The team is built to win IMO. Maybe a lot sooner than everyone thinks .

Yea , it’s like an NFL/NBA tank, if you didn’t have to actually tank . Seriously , if there was a top 20-30 juniors in the NRL , how many of our signings and existing would be in it . 5 ? 10?
