Watching Moyes for years at Everton, if the players buy in he can be effective. He will make you tough to beat, and a nightmare to play against. I think going to United, he felt his style wasn't appropriate to play there (and I don't think the club backed him properly, he only bough Fellaini & Mata over two windows, compare that to LVG). Going to Spain was a mistake, his style was never going to succeed there, and Sunderland were going down regardless last season (and probably again this season). I think he can do a job for the Irons, and possibly rebuild his career there. He's probably the type of manager you need for a few seasons.
