graeme arnold is an interesting fellow.

he was very critical of the referee form fridays nights game in which his team drew.

there were some questionable decisions regarding fouls went against his team.

but the sydney team fouled their opposition over 25 times in the game.phoenix made about ten.

the referee couldnt get it that wrong.

seems like sydney were playing pretty negatively.
arnold was probably trying to deflect criticism of his teams lack of results recently by snipping at the referee.

there is also an opinion that the a league is more about the result rather than a watchable product.

0-0 results don't really enthuse anyone,and there's been a few of those in a league this year.
