Soccer Super Thread

There is a silver lining…with these morons boycotting the games this week this sport's true fans may get to enjoy a day out at the soccer without putting up with self deluded idiots who think they are as important as the players.

is it a hill for david gallop to die on?

Passionate supporters exist in every code.

whatever these banned supporters have done,i think its poor form to be named and shamed, with an attached photo,in the daily telegraph.

the daily telecrap has done no favours to the a league here.

the a league has been vigilant to downplay crowd violence since the nsl days.they want to promote the game, crowd violence mis behaviour free.

the passionate supporters are the ones who spend their 50-100 dollars each week,at the ground, supporting their teams.i dont think its the family man who is going to click the turnstiles each week and be the salvation of the game.

so does gallop maintain his stance or be prepared to compromise with club supporters.if he doesnt handle it well, its back to the bad old days when soccer had no profile in mainsteam australian sport.

wonder what johnny warren would have to say about the situation.?

To all the blokes/ladies in the Predict 6 comp that are giving West Ham a chance to snatch a draw against Man U at Old Trafford might want to rethink

Yes I expect to see the Whambulance …

But Dimitri Payet's out until February , Enner Valencia's out until after Xmas and Diafra Sakho's out until almost February

If we manage to get a point I will be the most surprised of anyone on the Forum

It's in for repairs ….you've worn it out...

Chelsea loosing to AFC Bournemouth at home    , sorry to my fellow forumers that support Chelsea .
Mourinho is an arrogant pig and surely he must be on thin ice in being sacked….you can't have the squad he has and be so low on the table , maybe there is issues with players towards him ?

What was more surprising to you, the 0-0 draw there or Mitch Nichols' wonder strike to beat the Roar?

Surprises

Man U rested Rooney and a couple of others that I didn't realize

Bilic didn't play Jenkinson :astonished: and look what happens our first clean sheet for a long time

Not surprised

Another big signing injured in Victor Moses

We should have won 2 or 3 -0 , a lack of clinical finishing that would not have occurred if all our injured were available

West Ham have moved to their new training ground things are that bad injury wise

Players now out injured with leg ,hamstring ,thigh and ankle injuries

Payet
Sakho
Valencia
Lanzini
Moses
Reid
Antoniou

To the non EPL supporters this would be like losing Tedesco ,Brooks ,Moses ,Farah ,Woods ,Simona and Sironen all out injured for a minimum 6 weeks

We finally get a world class squad worthy of the EPL and match it with the big boys and then this

Heartbreaking for Happy

Just listened to Van Gaal's post match press conference after losing to Bournmouth. If Man Ure had any pride, they would dump him this week. His explanations were weak and down right embarrassing.
…...Just saying

West Ham supporters when they were kids…
