Don't know if this photo will work , One of my Major hobbies is my Discus Aquarium Tank , these Fish come from the Amazon in South America , they are a peaceful Fish with vibrant Colours , when i go to feed them they rise to the tank and they actually lie on the Palm of my hand , it's amazing . This Fish is not for the beginners , i Change 90 % of the Water every 2nd Day as this Speeds up there Growth to Adult size .
Another hobby is Jigsaw puzzles , but finding the time with kids is not easy , i used to do it as a kid and have completed up to a 5000 piece puzzle , within a week i could complete a 3000 piece puzzle so i'm quite quick at it , but finding the time for it is hard .
Dad and i also have a fierce rivalry in Chess when we find the time , he usually beats me but i give him a run for his money (i win the odd game ).
Other interest Golf , Fishing ,Soccer and getting Funky with the Mrs

I am massively impressed. I had a three foot tank but a year or so ago it burst and water was gushing everywhere! I had to move my cabinet and everything out to the shed, and now I have a small all in one tank with some goldfish.

I was using an Eheim filter for the old tank, but thats too powerful for the small one. The canister filter I am using us inadequate and I cannot keep the brown algae away! I want my old tank back in action!

I had a Discus once, but not the dedication you have. I didn't have too much trouble with them until I moved and then lost them. I had Oscars for a long time…they were great. I had massive ones too.

You have made me want my big tank back!

Good to hear tigersmurf , it's a Fantastic hobby to have , every night get the Bean Bag and lay there and watch the Tank more than the T.V  no joke .
Check the position of your Tank as Algae grows with to much lighting in the Tank or near window's were sun get's to it.
What a good thing i found some Aquarium hobbyist

Oh Mama! Female tigers supporter, that loves motorbikes, think I'm in love  I'm mad keen motorcyclist, have a few bikes at present. No Guzzies though. I raced post classic for a little while, young family now, had to hang up the racing leathers. Also keen surfer and mountain biker.

You're a man after my own heart BodhiTiger.
Ride safe…...... Ride often

Many years ago I had a tropical fish tank, very relaxing to sit and stare at. Those Discus' are beautiful!

- I do a fair bit of archery when time permits, I can shoot out to about 80m in the backyard (not accurately but it's a good challenge) but generally practice out to about 40.

- & scale aircraft modelling is something i've done for many years

Beautiful fish, stunning colours. Must be expensive to buy. Very time consuming looking after them and their environment. Well worth it though FT.

You must get frustrated when you see a young talented kid throw their career away by doing something dumb. I was one of those kids. But like they say you learn from your mistakes.

Yea it does, but you know what I'm happy with how my life has turned out so far. I'm 23, with my own place, a great job, 2 beautiful kids & a gorgeous loving wife. So as much as I would of loved my chance to love me dream and play 1st grade footy. I'm pretty happy with how things are right now, be even more happy if Tigers get the ass into gear in 2015.

Man that's a real shame , i made the train on squad with Parra eels in the Harold Mathews last 25 but miss the final cut , then as i supported Balmain as a kid , i convinced Dad to allow me to Trial with Balmain's S.G Ball side a year later and was going to make the final side until 2 weeks before the Season proper and got injured playing the Panthers in a trial , mind you those S.G Ball comps back in those days only went for 12 weeks . Then i just played Park football and girls were introduced to my life  .
I would of not made it far anyway from 17 years old and on wasn't as dedicated anymore .
But like you say no regrets for me either

I like reading this thread.
I'm pretty boring, don't have much to contribute.

Work 50+ hours a week in a community service role helping out my fellow human then go home sleep/renovate/spend money.

Have an interest in sneaker collecting (Michael Jordan brand), watch collecting, nice crisp shirts and movie/sports memorabilia .
