That is such rubbish about Arrow.

He shouldn't have done it and they should get it out of the game. It's a grub play and not required. The point is you don't know the state of the guy in the moment.

It happened to a player who I don't have any respect for but it was an average play.

How many times does this happen in a game? It's a physical game, a bit of a push like that isn't gonna affect anyone. There is niggle and temper in every game.

That was the last game of footy for a good 4-5 months 😭 what am I supposed to do with myself now?

It's a pretty short off season. I think round 1 is in early March isn't it?

Heck I think luai would of been a better option than walk3r

I'll give my opinion ..and I hate the Cleary's ...but it is unfair to stick a bloke out there that doesn't have one go to player from his own club playing his position

Give him a game next series with Crichton and see what happens ...thought Chin was pretty good the 1st 60 in a totally dominated side with no possession ...he made some bad calls in the last 20 granted though whne you finally got some ball ...but that can happen when you are chasing the game

That 4020
Was a good play by him he was in control for a bit

Tbh u could of won by a lot more but Holmes bombed easy trys

Allen had a shocker few minutes

I'm wondering how Freddie can coach origin when it took him one week and 70 minutes to decide to target Brenko and Edrick.
Also don't get why the best number 6 in NSW didn't get a look in . The Penrith kiddie killed it all year and the other number 7 Penrith kiddie is a much better player when he's there.

Regarding arrow on teddy- not really required bet he feels bad about it now
Also when Munster palmed Cleary in the face and got a penalty even though he had let him go.
Some in bush footy and juniors emulate this sort of grubbiness. Very much like a Hodges.
Imo this is why the biff should be allowed in the game to counter this

Didn't mention it last night ...but Arrow has to spend some time on the sidelines ...this is why this stuff has to be eliminated from the game ...you just don't know if a bloke is seriously injured or not ..give him a shove yeah ok maybe ..forcibly drag him up ...nah

I fully agree but the more important question is why didn't the ref or the bunker ref take action against Arrow. The replays were shown multiple times while Tedesco was being treated and they had plenty of time to award a penalty to NSW and at least 10 in the bin for Arrow.

Oh please. Come. On,!
This is origin... He didn't know. He was concussed... Total overreacting

Origin or not it was an extreme grub act. Even if we accept he didn't know the player was badly hurt (I don't) he could clearly see the ball had been lost so why drive a defenseless player without the ball head first into the ground. What exactly was he trying to do if not to inflict further injury.

If you have to ask why he did it you really don't know RL

Assert dominance etc, get over your opponent

RE DA BOSS. IF aust team picked today the only NSW players to make the squad are Teddy,JAC,PAPS,Hass,Cook,Finnucan and Saifti.Evans and Munster certanties as halves. Its a shame Lui and young centres were not given a run.Cleary is a good young footballer but not enough speed and i see his best chance going forward is @9 similar to C SMITH in style.

I still can't believe how good Munster was. One of the best individual games ever in Origin IMO. At one point, he was there as a support player from a kick and then did a hit up for the 2nd tackle.

It goes back to the Melbourne philosophy- put yourself in a position. The reason Harry scored the try was he stayed active and watched the ball for the offload. Other hookers would've been looking around for the next play.

Does anyone else see Munster surpassing Lockyer/Thurston...?

Arguably achieved more than them at the same age and still has about 8 years left of footy in him. Iirc was just as dominant at fullback as he is at 5/8 aswell

It was a rhetorical question. I know why he did it, to injure a defenseless opponent without the ball. Many ex players who did play RL at the highest level called it a grubby act. Keith Galloway for one.

Actually the forgotten man is Kaufusi for me ...he was huge throughout the series ..and how Welch was left out of game 2

They've done it without support whereas Munster has had the organisational support of Smith.

I think it's apples and oranges. Munster is a runner whereas the others are game managers.

The other bloke who hasn't got much Kudos is Bennett ..to get that squad together to play that well Game 3 was truly remarkable ...almost the perfect performance bar the finishing on the LHS

Think they had 6 turnovers ...4 of which were bombed tries

Do what I do and watch replays of the games we won this season. Problem is, it gets a bit monotonous spending 5 months watching the same 7 games.

I like when they run the old school games. I wasn’t around for the 80’s and 90’s game’s so I do enjoy watching them for the first time whenever I’m bored, seeing legends like Meninga, Johns, etc play in their primes. Really love watching Cliff Lyons plays he was a freak!

One of my favourites. Played like an NFL quaterback. A natural footballer.

Lastnight I couldn't help but feel relief that Nofo didn't get selected.
Freddy's idiotic selections made classy players like Keary, Jake T, Wighton, Yeo, Cleary and C Walker look like crap.
The team did not seem to gel or work together and there were a few that should not have been selected in the series, especially in make shifts positions.
The halves pairing needs to be the first to be addressed. No one seems to pair well with NC and perhaps not including him (after that GF loss) could've benefited him mentally - though he wasn't too bad in the last game. Walker has a tendency to go missing, so maybe Wighton's a better option. Who knows, obviously not Freddy.
Also, where was CCMedaliist??
Thought QLDs forwards were phenomenal. Even Lindsay Collins was fantastic.
How good is Munster? Can't help but admire him.
Though I'd have to rewatch thought Saifiti and Crichton were great for us. Possibly missed a Klemmer or RCG type.

I'm not sure if I said it before but the bloke who had to be a must for NSW was Wade Graham
