Souths Team

Well like most Souths v Wests Tigers game ...one side will flog the other ...rarely a close game

Time to step up again and put another stamp on the 2020 season ..another small step to becoming a NRL powerhouse we hopes

They have speed out wide but based on how we have been playing through the middle, I reckon we can win the ruck if we turn up with the right attitude. That's what it's going to come down to.

Bash them upfront and we win Souths have a forward pack with no mongrel they don’t want violence. Sua is the only hard player they have.

So fat boy Mitchell has done nothing all year. Watch him tear us to shreds on Friday night. Remember THAT game.

Haha yup, definitely that time for him.

The only one I can remember was when Inglis hit that field goal.....commentators were dribbling everywhere that day.....

If we play anywhere near the same intensity as the riff game we’ll turn souffs into bunny stew. They hate the grind

But like many this could be the rare game where we make Latrell look like a Meninga/Inglis clone

Have to keep the ball away from him, kick to where he isn't is the go.

I reckon you could go the other way and get him to work as much as possible early aswell

He crumbles with a lot of early pressure, bomb him with good kick chase and smash him. If you go easy on him he’s more than likely to pull a rabbit out of the hat and set up 3 tries in 10 mins

Make him bend to pick them up to, otherwise kick for touch. Note how rival sides have kept Ponga out of the games the last two weeks.

Can't do it without the ball. Have noted Ponga couldn't do it.

Yeah I'd target him and really make him work that ball back.
