Souths

This a team we should beat and beat soundly. They have been inconsistent all season and since we beat them convincingly with their best team earlier in the season, I see no reason why we shouldn't beat them even more convincingly this time. Our team is not at full strength, but the team we're fielding at the moment is more than capable of winning games of football. A GOOD win can really kick start our season.

I agree but to me they are more dangerous with nothing to lose.

No Inglis means that Sandow does not have the option of just chucking it to Inglis when all else fails. Farrell is a fine player and has been ignored the entire season it seems by his halves

Mmm, I wouldn't say they have nothing to lose Smeg, although they've been ordinary for a large part of the season, they're only a win behind us!

Your right though, they can pose a threat to any team on their day, but going by how easily we beat them in round 5, I think we've got them pretty much covered in most aspects of the game.

This is an important game for both teams, souths will be looking to avenge the loss to us last time we played, the fact they have a weakened team doesn't mean they can be taken for granted, the likes of Taylor will be out to run through our blokes. Wests Tigers will need to turn up for this game and if they play as well as we known they can (last week for example) they should take the points which will be great for our position on the table, over the last 3 weeks, a win, a bye and hopefully another win= 6 valuable points.

Did you miss the raiders game?

No mercy please Tigers!

50-10 still stings after all this time, and 2 losses last year….I bloody HATE Souths!

A victory along with Origin selections for Farah and Galloway would be the icing on the cake.

I agree we should win but this looks disturbingly like that game we lost in OT last year. That was a pretty weak Souths side and we couldn't put them away. These are the games we need to win to cement our place in the top 8.

Hopefully they treat the opposition with the respect they deserve.

Dylan Farrell doesn't have the luxury of being an unknown factor this time either.

This was the same feeling we had going into the Titans game back in round 6.

We are confident of a win, They Should win and they usually don't for some reason.

Tigers need to figure out how to be a winning Team and a Favourite. No more the underdog.

in our defence, we put 14 points on them in 10 minutes…
we just switched off...
we really should have won that game by plenty
