Samoa look like they've addressed a few issues from Game 1. Service from dummy half much improved and Papallii from the bench means the quality hasn't dropped (and Haas can have a rest). Still lacking any sort of attacking structure. Mostly it's win the collision and hope for individual quality rather than any sort of meticulous pulling apart of the Tongan defence.

Tonga horribly undisciplined with errors and penalties. Need to cut the penalties and apply some defensive pressure (easier said than done as Samoa winning most the physical battle but some of the penalties just discipline rather than getting beaten).

The few times they held the ball long enough to try to use, Katoa looked to create space only for his backs to immediately lose the ball. I think he has shown enough to suggest he could dismantle the Samoan defence, just not sure his team can improve their discipline enough to give him the chances to do so.

I think Jazz leg speed better to take advantage of winning the ruck. Terrell would be the option if you were trying to wrestle momentum back.
