I thought I would catch up on the news of our latest signing - unfortunately last few pages just bickering between members .
Bit of a shame .
I think most members just want to know about our club ; not the other stuff which appears to have become more dominant of late .
Just my view .

Okay as an unbiased someone who just caught up on this entire thread, GNR4LIFE in my opinion didn't say anything remotely rude before being targeted by folks. And even then it's pretty held back from some of his earlier work. Was the initial reply negative maybe? Slightly. But in no way was it rude and honestly should have sparked discussion not a pile on.

I get the guy has had some colourful moments in his past, in fact I guarantee I've been against his opinions a few times. But if we're gonna start laying into folks for having a negative opinion that'd just be sad. It seems he's trying to do better here which counts for something, so lets put it behind us and keep it civil yeah. We're all Wests Tigers after all.

GNR's posts are always enjoyable to read even if I don't always agree with them. I don't believe he should be singled out as the posts of his I read were not offensive. Let's enjoy the high from the signing of young Toa.

GNR is a great poster.

This to me is a really good signing. The problem is that we now have a full squad and our squad appears to be a bottom 4 squad at this point. You can't even criticize the club because they appear to be kicking goals consistently.

Talau has scored 19 in 35 games. Hell, look at our all time leading try scorer. It doesn’t tell you a lot.

Because that’s the way you talk to pretty much everyone on here all the guy said was 11 tries in 20 games he didn’t even say its a good or bad thing yet straight away you’re just shutting him out for saying it I maybe you don’t mean to be rude but in most cases you are simply because they don’t agree with you or if they say something you don’t like

Mate, you are almost 100% spot on. My only demur is I think he fully intends to be rude and succeeds brilliantly. This guy, along with a few others, is the reason I post onlyn rarely these days. We can all have bad days and I've had my share but this guy is rude day in and day out. The forum is poorer for his participation.

Why dont you just use the block user feature?

I don't understand why people don't use it more often.

It's easy to forget that people are in fact very forgetful, **but except**, not when it comes to **holding grudges**,

You'll be surprised to hear this but i know part of the main problem is that it's those senior posters who have been here a very long time,

This is what i mean about by holding needless, unjustified and endless grudges, it is these guys who are guilty of it,

If you haven't even disrespected them or even insulted them but have upset one of them many **many moons ago** then they just don't forget it! and neither do their many friends.

How the hell can you have peace and move forward when the senior posters keep showing this attitude?

I have been on here at least 5 years , but when I see the same two posters arguing ad nauseum about trivial issues when DM is available to everyone to conduct their wars in private, I move on, rarely post for same reason.

Imo, he has a lot to work on.
Bit of time in cup would be really beneficial for him..

Starford can play anywhere in the backline.
Tupou has big wraps.
Gildart is killing it at training

Kennedy is very safe.

Nofo, no good but long contract.

Finally getting a good roster together.
Few more pieces to fall together in 2023.
