Doctor google says the only cure is rest , take the strain off it , operation or not

Makes sense then 8-12 weeks with rest vs 6-8 months with surgery. Also depends how much the tear is I understand less then 50% usually rest and recovery

Always seems to be carrying his bottom lip to me, I know people hate body language analysis on here.

Chronic injury could explain it.
