Thank god I was wrong and he stayed was starting to think he wouldn’t but thank you Tigers and Stefano for agreeing to stay the future is starting ti look up for us Tigers fans 🙂

You weren’t the only one who was wrong mate and I understand why those who had that point of view believed he may head off for greener pastures. It is a nice win though and hopefully one of many in the not too distant future.

There is definitely a positive energy beginning to happen at the club, evidenced by signings like this. Excellent players are wanting to come, and stay, at the club.

I assume it was a club achievement. Congrats to the Wests tigers and Big Steff!

Yeah, a statement of faith in the development and structure changes made recently that have enabled the similarly important signings of Papali'i and Koroisau, with Tupou and even To'a along with opening another top 30 position.

Never had any concerns as there were still two years to go, but nonetheless pleased to go into the coming season knowing that Stefano has further committed and equally or even better things may come from it.

WT have been on a downward slope since Ben Matulino walked off Parramatta Stadium injured in the middle of 2019's winter and with it lost any real semblance of real authority in the middle, with results to match. I expect that the ute will be ready to take on more of such role in 2022 and hope that the likes of Musgrove or an incoming youngster can lift to assist him.
