That's a very good side. I shudder to think how many tries Vunivalu may score this week. He's just having one of those runs where everything turns into 4 points.

Imagine how much he would have paid for Top Tryscorer at the beginning of the year.

J.Bromwich is challenging his grade 1 dangerous throw.
If still found guilty, he won't play

That would help, he is the leader of the storm forwards.

Theyre cutting out his carry over points, they believe they dont need him against us if hes unsuccesful

Bromwich not guilty at NRL judiciary

Bromwich would have escaped suspension had he pleaded guilty for the first-half tackle on St George Illawarra's Euan Aitken, but risks a one-match suspension by challenging it at the NRL judiciary. If Bromwich accepted the original charge, he would have taken 93 carry-over points as a result.

He is now free to play in Melbourne's clash with the Wests Tigers at AAMI Park on Sunday with no carry-over points to his name.

As I said in another thread I reckon they will rest either Smith or Cronk but not both

It was Smithy's birthday recently so I'll say Smith

When they post a Storm team these days I usually read through it and say… "Meh"

This one is no different. Beatable, especially if they rest either Cronk or Smith.

Oh you're hoping…one nut..

Storm went 1 from 6 during Origin last year...after the loss to St George Illawarra they sit at 1/2...after Belly's speech about how much pride his Origin players have in backing up and doubts still over Green and Munster...they will play if fit..

The Storm will target Nofo and Kev most of the night, unlike Souths who for some brain dead reason only tested them once or twice. So it will be interesting to see how they react and if Kidwell has got some plans in place to nullify there raids.

One thing with the Storm they are always a team we can compete with when we are on our game unlike a few other teams

Smith never gets rested after Origin. The guy is a robot. Cronk is usually 50/50.

Had they not lost last week Bellamy might have rested Cronk this week. Considering they did and they are neck and neck with the Sharks, I'll bet he's a certain starter unless he picks up an injury tonight.

If they make a break, they'll score more often than not.

We are so much slower than they are it's not funny. That's why JAC needed to play. We only have Teddy with pace in our backline.

Hope they are at full strength, because we have to be able to beat these better sides with no excuses why we won . In my mind 2016 is all about 2017 and beyond, I know we have had that pitched at us for a few years now but I really think what we do over the next two months defines our next few years, forget the eight, its about pushing these better sides for 80 minutes and being in the contest,if we win that is a bonus but it is about getting respect

That's what I said at the start of the yr that our first step needed to ridding ourselves of the joke of the comp and gain respect. We're on our way. I don't think the outside perception of us is as bad as the last few yrs.
