Suli

He's not getting any ball and when he does he's just being used as a battering ram, it's frustrating to watch.

This has to be addressed. The one time he did get the ball near the try line he beat Manu and was pulled down just short. It is so frustrating when Tedesco gets involved as the other backs may as well sit on the interchange because he does not pass the ball.

It should've been our go-to point of attack all game - Manu as one of the worst defenders in the NRL up against Suli who has proven to be very difficult to contain.

An actual plan to play to one of our very limited strengths…who'd of thought...

I think I'd rather watch Suli do hit ups...

He's 18 with the best leg drive and metres post contact in the whole team.

Tell me an 18 year old in the NRL doing better.

Nick Cotric

But yeah , Suli will be a beast with decent players around him.

I still feel we need to be better in breaking down the opposition middle before we will see our edges with any room. Many times yesterday we would go wide [way to early] and the opposition would have 4 defenders on our 3.

We MUST continue to play in the middle and show patience before even thinking about going sideways!

When we get a scrum near the opposition line I'd like to see him slip onto the blind side wing and take on the opposite winger one on one, Tuiski style.

So true..you create space out wide by attracting edge defenders into the middle. That is why we have struggled for the past few years, our edge defenders are continually being asked to help plug the middle

Cotric is a fine player but he has been introduced into the NRL in a physically huge team which goes quite well. His centres Croker and Leuluia are both highly experience. Stuart wanted Suli at the Raiders and it was not long ago I watched Suli at Shark Park in the SG Ball.

That's a great idea.

Also, if we are taking a penalty goal - why not purposely miss and kick it to Suli where the opposition is standing in a huddle.

Man that sounds like our team tactics. I swear Tim Sheens came up with some awesomely stupid but successful plays. I can remember our team forming a triangle huddle behind hodgson and him scoring with 15 men pushing him over the line.

I wonder if with all the backline reinforcements coming next year whether suli moves to the edges. He is such a strong runner of the ball. Yet he is wasted in the centres as he doenst get the ball enough. He could be our taumololo. We would still have a decent backline.

Far-out the 2ND Guerra try. He makes a tackle then make makes another one and goes to marker . Meanwhile they shift left 3 to 1.

Bad mistake center need s to protect his edge.

I saw this as well. That is the sort of stuff that he needs to work on.

I felt last week against Dragons they threw him a decent amount of early ball and he was dangerous all game.

Tedesco got all the ball yesterday, snuffed his centres out.
