In so many games when the score is close we elect to not take a shot for goal off a penalty. At 10-6 with a penalty in front, surely it is no decision at all. Instead two plays later the ball goes wide, dropped and Titans run the length of the field.

It might have made no difference, we were struggling. But a kick at goal gives the other 12 players a break for a minute, gets the lead to six and the ball back from the kick off. There would be very few teams who would not take two points in a position like that.

The week before against Manly we decide to take a shot when the lead was 8 with 15 minutes left. Strange decisions. And tonight, very costly.

No leadership at all.

It was a real grind out there and 4 point lead out to 6 was an obvious call.

Farah will help with calls like this when he gets back at the minute.

I think you are being too kind. It was an atrocious decision and a foolish rush of blood by cherrington. It was a wonderful opportunity to consolidate the lead and a droppable offense for rejecting it.

That was all cherrington that one. Not that Moses would have kicked it anyway

Was listening on the radio and thought same thing….maybe coach has given them too much pull when it comes to quick taps

Honestly, there needs to be a lot more emphasis on kicking
In a game where every point is important i think Moses is rushing his kicks

We dont have Richards to pilot them over, and we are back to kicking low percentagers like Benji days

We all know how many games we lost due to missed kicks (well we dont but for this excercise lets just assume a lot lol)

Youthful exuberance is no excuse for constantly making the same bad decisions. These blokes need to learn from their mistakes - not hope the same decision has a different result next time around.

This solely is a coaching issue .
