Just playing devils advocate here…is there anything saying that they must implement all recommendations?
They aren’t directives. These are adults capable of dismissing a recommendation should they be able to justify it.
Are we chasing something here that will never happen?

These aren’t deliverables though. They are recommendations…they are suggestions.
Us saying they are deliverables means squat if those in charge don’t agree.

A significant part of my professional life is talking about the “adult”. The adult is someone who makes decisions based on the who, what, when, where and why of the situation. They factor in the way they feel, along with logic too. And they are, most importantly, expert negotiators and can compromise.

We haven’t had adults in charge, probably ever. The adults, in my opinion, have been chased out the door and those who are either here for the power trip (a parental position), or purely emotional reasons (the child - think man child syndrome and I’m pretty sure someone’s image will pop into your head). We need adults like Richo (albeit an alpha version) pulling the strings and working with adults (pros) at board level.

Would you as a professional in mental health, diagnose the board members who are continualy denigrated on this forum by your followers here as suffering from "man child syndrome", which you would know is not recognised as a diagnosis in DSM 5 Mental Diagnistic Manual. Be fair mate, can you accept you may be wrong.

I can only control myself and I have not been disrespectful to any other fans, regardless of any differences in opinion. Regarding compromise, I don’t see the HBG at this stage (based on their statement today) offering alternatives, in fact they only double downed on their position. Happy to talk about great outcomes for all, but it is not our responsibility to lead that. Further, we are awaiting the government probe and will abide and respect whatever decisions are made at that level.
