I fully understand. Now tell me your MagpiePOV? Firstly what is it that makes you a Magpie? And why do you see it as your duty/obligation to express the Magpie POV on a Wests Tigers footy forum?
Sorry tf, not going thru all that rigmarole again.
I'm sick of the whole bloody mess.

2. Because it's a bad structure. Basic corporate governance. Protected groups are for private ownership where people have their capital invested - they are personally impacted by poor decisions and therefore there is an auto mechanism built in for change.

Listed companies answer to shareholders, Public bodies answer to voters and clubs answer to members. All types have mechanisms built in.

The necessity to do that (in regard to WT) will diminish if the review is implemented in full. But they still should change it.
Thanks for your view on debenture holders and I respect that, but your auto correct or something must have skipped over the first part of your answer 🙂.
There was a list of items.

Can't say. I've only been a Swans fan, when they came to Sydney, with David Rhys Jones

I meant more in the sense that with Sydney Swans cultivating a niche fan base of former and new (kids) South Melbourne fans do you feel that is divisive for the Sydney Swans?

The idea that the Wests Tigers had a couple of real stars and were very successful between 05 and 11 and pretty much every kid in the SW didn't grow up wanting to play for us is a massive lack of engagement with the SW.

I think almost to a man Wests Tigers supporters will agree that the SW is the future, and a new stadium at Campbelltown would be the ideal outcome.

How? I want Balmain to have no involvement with the Wests Tigers, I would be happy for the HBG to have 100% ownership if they give the Wests Tigers true independence.

Sounds like I'm pro Magpies
Heh, what's going on here. You're starting to convince me everything is going to be ok 😀👍 and we may even become best buddies 🥰.
What do yuh reckon Cochise?

I’m overseas, been out of the loop.
How’s the petition going?
Any movement yet?
i haven't seen the footage yet ,but Richo did a podcast flash , with the skirt n wig,Simon Cooke made an appearance, independent board members will be announced within the month, but that last statement has a few baffled ,wig skirt were shocked to hear about it .Good news is Richo seemed to have got on the front foot before petition gained any negative momentum

I'm not that much of a fan, and our family who are, are all just Sydney Swans fans, so I still can't comment 🤷‍♀️

Baz has been appointed however his confirmation will occur simultaneously as the other appointees in order to include the owners in the selection process.
Where have we seen this behaviour before? That’s right the transference of tasks and responsibilities from coach Maguire to the board.
It sounds like the so called owners have too much time on their hands, leading them to wander out of their lane?

Great idea.

Campbelltown has to be engaged lke never before ffs.

Its been terrible up to now.

Could’ve been different if Wests Ashfield and Wests Campbelltown didn’t fall out.

But we have another example of the Ashfield mob letting ‘agenda’ get in the way. And wanting to keep Wests ‘inner west’ with the training facility at the original home ground, and putting their misguided energy into the past at Lidcombe Oval instead of the future at Macarthur.
