Our squad could be building into something similar, one or two big signings will change us and the more games our new spine and young players play together can only be good. Defence obviously our worst enemy, feel like everyone defends by them self and not a team. Perhaps Madge needs to hire a defending coach just to concentrate on that, madge likes to do stuff alone and I think that’s costing us. We need some big names coaching staff working with him, instead of this individual relos he builds. Coaching director would be wonders too, I think Madge is building something here but needs help, just needs to get out of his own way.
