Heard Braith Anasta podcast, apparently Taylan Mays former father in law came up to speak to him about his daughter and Taylan ordeal, and what he told Anasta shook him. Didn't go into detail but for sure its a tad worrying.

So we going to go on hearsay from 3rd parties with an axe to grind ? Gossip ? Cool.. 😉

Well he has previously been founded guilty of assault by a court. Indeed this latest one was his third assault charge.

Common assault, like in the street, or DV? The most recent one was DV charges was it not?

Yep! May 10, 2024, Round 10 versus Canterbury, so 13 months today. Hardly 2 years 🙄

Does anyone know if he has been training?

No training and he will take awhile to get back to match fitness. Some training and he should be ok.

13 months is ages to not train in NRL, but if he has done some work he should be good.

Richo said 4 weeks at least before he plays.

He’s virtually a write off this season. The focus should be getting him in the right headspace, and ready for the pre season.

You would think that at the very least a couple of runs in Ron Massey cup with Ryde Eastwood could be arranged to supplement his fitness training.

I'm sure that if he is serious about getting back in the NRL that any game time and contact would be something he would be looking forward to be doing as soon as possible.
