Have TMM and brooks played together in the past? If he has concerns over defence then he may not be the right person to be aside brooks long term.

If it was me i would go all out for cronk on a 2 year deal and then go for cleary when he is off contract.

Let Cronk guide brooks and further his development for 2 seasons before bringing a matured cleary over in 2020.

I agree, and cheaper than Reynolds, I actually think TMM has filled out and defends pretty well, I would have him back.

Penrith flew out today for Brisbane and Martin didnt go. Lends credence to the story.

Not a fan of bringing him back. He is worse defensively than Moses. One good thing about the kid is that he plays very direct, which we need more of.

If he does come, hope he proves me wrong.
