Appears TMM has a neck injury, listed as indefinite for the moment.

May not be able to step up for Moses.

You might be amazed how quick a 'neck injury' can heel with a change of club.

I not convinced he is what we need, but if he wants back into the family and is cheap, why not?

If you have Nofa, Suli, Milne, Idris (maybe if he stays), TMM and Brooks as the backs and put Edwards at FB - dare I say it….too many young heads.

Need an old head there somewhere - I suggest Gordon at FB for 2018 at least and move Edwards if he came to a wing for at least 2018\. I don't think Idris will stay.

Looking ahead, people say you can't have too much potential an I agree - howver you can if it's all in the one team. You can't put old heads on young shoulders.

i agree with the Gordon idea
Give him a 2 year contract which takes care of our FB role and kicking duties
He is a proven performer and imo i think its 2 years max before he hangs his boots

And this will give us time to scout a FB for the future .

my 2 cents worth

I don't believe Gordon is the answer. Dugan stood tall yesterday with his play in the wet. Yes he is a ball runner but is also very safe under the high ball and in defence. He also is a fierce competitor with his desire to win.

Not sure what your saying here, but I'm thinking Dugan wont be leaving the Dragons.

Gordon is a good solution to not let us down, and gives us ample opportunity to spend money elsewhere at 6 or backrow.

Gordan 300-350k
Dugan 900-1mill

I know who im taking. That leftover money buys us another top forward.

Had to google Edwards

Thats what happens when you stop watching every game

Hes played a handful of games, looks quite small…remember the days of the small back three?

He is six feet and 93kg which is quite a bit taller than Tedesco and probably similar weight. A good size for a fullback.

He played for Panthers on the wing against us Rd 2, looked a decently sized kid.

Panthers forum reporting Dylan Edwards has signed with WTs and TMM to WTs to allow Moses to Eels. Panthers can still field a formidable backline of

1 zelezniak 2 mansour 3 whare 4 blake 5 hiku 6 moylan 7 cleary

Fits all their talent into the backline now.

Moylan is more of a five eighth anyway.

I'd be happy with either. Haven't seen much of Edwards but quite a number of my mates whom are Penrith fans rate him. TMM and Brooks could work if the pack was beefed up. Could pose some worries if they get rolled though, would much prefer a more experienced head there.

TBH, Brooks and TMM dont concern me defensively

Look at the stats for eg from last game
Brooks - 96 metres in attack, 1 try assist, 21 tackles, 5 missed tackles, 2 errors
\
\
Brooks has always been the weak link, shy of tackling but he had a much improved game
\
\
I think Cleary can get the best out of the 2 playing next to each other
He keeps things simple (as per players) and i think he WILL be able to make minor tweaks that will greatly improve both players and their playing ability

Well its hard to follow on the Panthers forum and it seems to have less of us crazy forum/Supporters out there but here is a link

None of them seem pleased TMM is being let go, infact they are filthy from what i read

He may be an answer to lot of things but he doesn't pass the ball.

NOT A TEAM PLAYER! -

We want the big 17

Looked like he nearly pulled the team to victory yesterday. We have a fullback that creates an overlap and won't pass the ball. You know what you get with Dugan and it is pretty good.

Good to have him back if true.

Dugan has a whopping zero try assists all season.
