He is not small. 90kg min and 6ft. He is a perfect NRL size half. Way bigger than Moses. He also defends way better than Moses and Brooks too. I

Who to believe in these tumultuous times?

How can Roosters possibly sign Tedesco and be alright to keep a guy like Connor Watson on the backburner in reserves, just in case.

Mate trust me, it's true about Martin. Ive posted about it a couple of times previous to this. Im not saying he will end up here, but the day Isaac Moses requested a release for Mitchell Moses, there was an approach to Penrith by Martins manager about a release back to WT. As ive stated, he is on peanuts at Penrith.

Gus will not stand in the way of young guys who get offered good money.

So if we offered good money for Dylan Edwards do you think Gus would let him walk? Genuine question.

is the kicking game of tmm really as good as some are advertising.

we need someone better than brooks kicking,so if so,it is a start.

Martin has a decent kicking game. He is a better passet and runner though. He has a bettet short kicking game than long.

Not sure about any of this. Martin and Reynolds? Thats a lot of money for Reynolds if thats true.
Not sure if the real game is off the field rather than on it at the moment.
Who are we dealing with in terms of Martins and Reynolds managers - they have really stepped out of the shadows during this whole process

No inside info on and of this ….. Justin a feeling that
Martin return is a goer ... and as far as I am concerned a very good move. The kid is much better prospect than Moses.
On Reynolds I think is a bit of a game to drive his price up at the Booldogs .. therefore perhaps creating further headache for them as he is one of their fans favourite.

Just an opinion. :blah

I don't remember it as being a feature of his play. He hasn't been doing much of it at Penrith with Cleary in the side. Reynolds doesn't have much of a kicking game either, we're not really flush with options…

I don't know. Gus is too smart to get into bidding wars for young unproven first grade talent. When Edwards played fullback against Souths i was told if he went well,there was a chance they would have looked at keeping him there, moved Moylan to 5/8 and we would get TMM.

Did Edwards play 1st grade last weekend against Parra? I can't recall, but i do remember hearing something about DWZ was going to play fullback in that game. I didn't get to see it so im not sure.

No it was 1\. Moylan 6\. Cartwright last weekend and Edwards wasn't in the squad.

Assuming the lose Martin they'd be crazy not to try 1\. Edwards 6\. Moylan 7\. Cleary 9\. Wallace, although they do still have DWZ as a fullback option and they may have given him some assurances about his place in the fullback pecking order when they re-signed him.

Yeah i just don't see Dallin as a fullback or Cartwright as a long term 5/8, but anyway thats their problem not ours :wink:

I hope it's true for a few reasons, here goes:

1\. TMM is able to replace Moses and will be here because he wants too;
2\. Will be cheaper than Moses;
3\. We can than release Moses with a similar replacement for the remainder of this year;
4\. We will have money in the cap to bolster a position needed which is identified by Cleary (which will make us stronger for the rest of the year eg 2nd row/centre/front row); and
5\. We can gauge how TMM is going for the rest of this year (let's face it most of our fans have writen-off this year anyhow - just for the record with Cleary on board I haven't) and we will be able to set aside a WAR chest to make a play at an experienced half if needed. We do not have to make any rush decisions eg we can wait to see if Cronk decides to play on and if TMM needs more time to mature we attack the opportunity. If this plan comes to fruition Cronk could potentially mould both Brooks and TMM.

I know it's a dream but that's where it all starts :slight_smile:

Just a question as I'm thinking outside the square and it would be appreciated if someone who has followed TMM through his younger days responds, can he or has he played fullback? If so how would he go there?

1\. TMM
2\. Nofo
3.
4\. Suli
5.
6\. Cronk
7\. Brooks

Just a thought if Tedesco leaves and the other 2 positions can be filled in with current players or future buys

Still has the body of a. 16 yo

He's not that small

Cooper Cronk 178cm. 89 kgs
Mitchell Pearce 182cm 91 kgs

TMM 181cm 87kgs

They must of took TMM height measurements when he was 17 because I'm 179cm and he stood well over me when I caught up with him a few weeks back.

rather someone else at fullback. Hes a 5/8\. keep him there. Would go well with brooks. Our fullback or new winger has to be a goalkicker too.

You would think he would make an amazing fullback watching the way he plays. Only question is learning fb positioning.

I am 179 also and stands over me also might be closer to 95kgs as well

Numbers taken off Wikipedia, on the panthers website have him at 181cm 90kg
