Teddy Misses Kangaroos

I don't want teddy to play anyway. It will drive up his value and the possibility he could get injured.
Let's wrap him in cotton wool and keep him for club games only.

I think Mal Meninga is cheating for the matrons to win origin

He picks all the bad NSW players (Dugan & Ferguson) who would'y even get considered for origin. Let alone play origin.

Then Mal picks them for Australia so they are automatically selected for origin.

It took 3 games before Tedesco got the call up. After Ferguson had already played the whole series after international representation.

Mal is cheating and no-one realises it.

MAL MENINGA= :bash :dead :brick:

Would rather Andrew Fifita to coach Australia rather than Meninga

Yeah great idea , maybe Kieran Loveridge can run the water if he can get on day release

You are either a Queenslander or happy to see Blake Ferguson in the Australian team over Teddy.

My argument is true and maybe it is you who needs to lie down and watch a replay of the 2005 grand final to calm u down

Canterbury complains Hasler is changing their DNA.
Well Taylor is changing ours and if Moses isn't reigned in we and he will only look good against ordinary sides.

Now THAT is a theory I wasn't expecting.

Many / most would argue that Tigers' DNA NEEDS changing.

Lol that really is an idiotic, ill-informed rant.

I was referring mostly to reigning in Moses. For 18 months all I heard was Taylor wasn't letting him play his natural game.

To elaborate further.

The WT has developed as a brand playing an exciting style with star players as per circa 2005 to 2011\. As a young club and a merged club we need that its what kept the fans together and attracted new fans.JT has gotten us away from that.

As for teddy and Moses.

Not sold on our young halves being a long term answer for us. As I said over the last two off seasons prefered a Maloney type to Moses.
Anyhow believe that since Moses has taken on playmaker role it somehow has pushed Tedesco very wide in attack rather than coming through middle as Moylan does and teddy used to. That has gotten Moylan selected imo over teddy.
Trouble with Moses as playmaker is he is what Marshall was as a playmaker. A failure.
You see these types work well when not given too much to do. Don't believe Moses is anywhere near benjis calibre however if he is told to pick his moments be a good support player put on the occasional big play its a winner.
But if he is kicker goal kicker playmaker it will only work against weak teams like the ones we beat when he starred. And worse he may alienate Brooks teddy and others and they may leave.

Brooks played his best when he had experience at 5/8.
The crushing defeat against Canberra at home is proof how far off we are.
And to make matters worse saw Marty have a blinder against Australia last week and were are our signings?

If iI had my way i would've bought an experienced 5/8 to partner Brooks a couple of years ago. Now I would try to get Brooks as playmaker and Moses as game breaker as give them a year or two and recruit a goal kicker and two decent forwards and a three quarter.
