Tedesco injured

From what i heard on GB they were saying he was trying to run it off, but then had to come off. Hopefully its just precautionary. Wouldn't imagine he'd be trying to run off something totally severe
 
I'm only going off what the peanut gallery in the commentary box who saw it said. You kind of have no choice when listening to the radio considering you aren't there witnessing it
 
I'm recording the game for later so haven't seen it yet. How was he going prior to his injury?

A few knock ons but otherwise just typical FB stuff, nothing extraordinary. He got moved from fb to wing for Merritt.

Thought he was totally out of his depth which is understandable as he hasnt even cemented a first grade position yet. Was a terrible decision to pick him for rep after a year injured and a couple of average games for us on the wing. I hope it hasnt stuffed his confidence.
 
yeah they were saying on 2GB it sounded like it was just like what happened to him last year when no one was around him and he did his knee

the knockons werent really his fault; from memory 2 were off bad passes. one in that break at his feet and the other when he was trying to clean up some shoddy passing. he was probably a bit out of his depth at such a high level so soon.

not really sure if his attacking game is quite as effective at nrl level as it was in sg ball, nyc and the like. Hopefully once he plays a few weaker sides he can score a bit and get more confidence and build from there though.

Nothing wrong with him at that stage of the game….Took a hit on the point of his hip. It hurts like hell and that is why he collapsed. I thought he had done his knee again but all seems good.

I was thinking the same thing. I think he was set up to fail today. Hope he bounces back.

Seriously dude confidence is what he will gain from this. For all the reasons you gave. He will apply what he has learnt to his club games
