A mate of mine from St George said he was both, but you could be right.

I think the Roosters is after one of our other players . I believe Ava and Nofo may be their true targets. Is Ava off contract this year?

Grant mayer said on twitter that teddy is priority the club is still in talks with his management but they are still not close to making any announcement. but they will as soon as they can!

thanks tiger85 .. being " tweeterless " its great to get a bit of an update. the sooner thye better for teddy. a friend of mine also rang the weststigers to voice his concerns and he was informed that the club has been inundated with calls about signing up teddy asap. fingers crossed.

If Roosters were forced to rely on only the junior talent for playing staff they would be gonzo in minutes. Due to their rich Eastern Suburbs benefactors they are never considered for relocation or even being kicked out. Why does the NRL continue to afford special treatment to this team? NRL was designed as a game to be played by and enjoyed by the working classes. Let the Eastern Suburbs set satisfy themselves with Rugby and the Swans.

Still doesn't rule out at least 4 other teams who are chasing a fullback

Titans ,Cowboys ,Raiders and possibly Dogs (though rumour has it Hiku is on their radar )

Lets just increase our offer to Tedesco , sign him and keep everyone happy and positive

For the first time in a while , I have seen some positive signs at the Tigers (bar the Balmain Leagues of course ) lets keep the roll on

Might help with some more memberships as well

My opinion on this is clubs are trying to force us to pay top dollar for Teddy to stop us from re-signing other players. As we are aware Nofo, Sironen and Koroibete are coming off contract and will most likely be targets for other clubs. Im pretty sure Nofo lives out in the eastern suburbs already.

To solve all this I would be happy to lose Koro, Moltzen, BMM and Lawrence to retain Teddy, Nofo and Siro. We still have Hoeter, Moses, Seve and some good backrowers in the 20s for the future.

Tigers may have come to the party and Ayoub is now dousing the rumours. At some point all the innuendo and rumour works against the player rather than for him.

And to a previous poster - seriously, who rings the club to ask for updates on player retention? They're going to have that conversation with you, on the phone, give out details or listen to your hare-brained comments?

I'm a passionate supporter like everyone else, but leave the desk staff alone!

I'm even happy to lose sirro even though on potential I rate him higher than any of our forwards. Teddy and nofo should be top priorities coz IMO backs like them are harder to find than a good forward.
