Tedesco Thread || He's staying!

Gould makes lots of good points. I think Tedesco has a lot of potential and we offered him a lot of money. I think based on that potential we are paying him overs now and for the contract he will hopefully sign soon.

I think the Raiders lost the plot and have lost the plot.

I also think Tedesco could be and is a really good player.

Whats up Fittlers arse he virtually crucified the club about teddy this morning on the footy show

that was very surprising. seemed to say what farah was saying except with a couple of explicits

usually freddy talks us and our players up all the time.

He was brilliant…**very much like Slater**...popped up every time we needed him...and got me money on first try.....

thought his support play was terrible. i tend to judge every fullback's support play with wade mckinnon. teddy is in the ruck but seems to be on either the opposite side of the offload or too far.

realistically, with the amount of offloads we got away with, teddy should've ran amok.

Didn't overly analyse him today, but actually had the thought: "wow, he really is good".
Maybe because it's been a while I had forgotten how good he is. Not just the pace but also under the high ball he was excellent.
Very, very happy he changed his mind!

His support play was terrible? Were we watching the same game?

He was in support whenever we made a break but look at the amount of offloads we had- teddy was nowhere to be seen for most of them.

As I said, I tend to compare every fullbacks support play to that of McKinnon.

Thought i'd bump this thread back up. It's been how long since the club said they would offer Teddy the last tabled offer?? Still no word of him officially signing on beyond this season and now his situation becomes implicated in this Farah/Ayoub/Tallis drama. Question is, should we be concerned??

He can't play anywhere else untill the end of 2018 if he decided not to sign with us anyway. I think he will stay, just no rush on the signing as both sides have come to an agreement. Think Potter is focusing on other players atm.

I don't think we should be concerned, we have multiple options at the back IMO. Just hope teddy gets his injuries sorted and back on the field for an extended period of time for a change… A full season under his belt would be perfect, in tigers colours that is.

They can't sign him to they can legally register his contract with the NRL and from what I can gather their are a few minor things in our 2015 that need to be fixed. It will happen unless the events of the past week blow the club apart and that's a million to one
