I know we take the batting order with a grain of salt, but how the hell is Ben Stokes selected at 9.

I think he's going 1-11 in order of selection, not actual spot in the side. Stokes would be his #6 or #7 I would imagine.

EDIT: Just checked, no he's not, he shoved Lyon down to make room for Stokes at 9\. Must consider him a bowler only…
